Life is good in our newly renovated house with garden 5 minutes away from the coast, and 7 minutes close from the magnificent beach of l'Ecuissière. Very well located (central position on the island, near cycle path, direct access to the oyster route and its magnificent huts, just 3 minutes from Dolus d'Oléron by car, 2 km from the Golf...), allowing you to discover the charms of our magnificent native island. The announcement has just been published at the last minute this Saturday, June 25th!

Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

We had a great time at Anne-Carole's beautiful home. It is very spacious and above all the environment is very peaceful. It is also a tastefully decorated and very well-equipped accommodation.

The accommodation was simply great! The photos are beautiful, but once you're there it's even better. There are all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and the bedding is very comfortable. The person in charge of the accommodation is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the stay.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Accommodation met our expectations: clean, well-equipped, in the center of Boyardville. Very welcoming host who cares about the well-being of vacationers. Nice touches were waiting for us upon arrival. We really enjoyed it because it's exceptional. Very nice evening during an aperitif shared with all the residents. Thanks to Dominique and her husband who, while remaining discreet, were able to create a cordial bond.

We were warmly welcomed with very appreciable little touches when we arrived. Laura's accommodation is well located, the proximity to the beach is very nice, moreover the residence is very quiet and children can play safely. The accommodation is well equipped . Negative point for us, the accommodation was very humid (we found a damp/mold stain on the baby mattress of the umbrella bed) Personally, I would recommend cleaning the sofa cover as well as the cushions that had some stains.
