My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Traverse City. The space was not only clean and inviting but also thoughtfully organized, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. Philippe was an exceptional host, always attentive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again.

What a beautiful place. Amazing modern build, very spacious with Cafe right below. very quiet overall even with being by the main road. Host was friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze.

Perched on a peaceful hilltop surrounded by trees, the Birdhouse offers cozy, thoughtful accommodations. You will find that Joyce has thought about every detail in how the space is designed. From the delicious local coffee from Higher Grounds, to the comfortable bed and all of the kitchen supplies you could need, your shelter needs will be met - and then some with Joyce’s hospitality. We used her detailed visiting guide to pick up dinner (which did not disappoint in the least! Run, don’t walk, to Nittolo’s!) Our time in northern Michigan is always a treat. It feels like time is slower and the days are a little less stressful and our time at Joyce’s was no exception. This past weekend at the Birdhouse was one of our most memorable trips and Joyce’s hospitality played a large part in that. She was communicative leading up to our arrival date, was helpful when we had questions and was kind enough to let us meet and spend time with her adorable pups. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

Jake was a great host. The place had all the essentials and more. Jake thought of everything to make the stay as peaceful, relaxing and fun as it could be. He was very responsive to questions/concerns. The place was dog friendly and even has dog treats! Great stay!

I have long wanted to stay in this historic property and was excited to finally get the chance. This location is terrific — walkable to TC plus all the shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The room was cozy, quiet, and had all the special touches that make guests feel welcome.

This place was exceptional, spotless even nicer than the pictures and literally the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. Coffee, cream sugar, note pad, laundry supplies….Other hosts should stay here and take notes! I have already recommended it others and I can't imagine s staying anywhere else when I return to the area!i Loved it! ❤️

This was the cutest little place. Extremely clean and stylish. We could walk downtown easily, perfect parking, great view, and hosts that were easy to communicate with and very accommodating and flexible. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while attending a figure skating competition in town. With my daughter. I have to say. One of the best stays yet for me. Easy to get in and out of. There is a really nice restaurant downstairs. For everything from coffee and a snack. To some really good breakfast and dinner options. They had some Amazing fresh oysters while I was there. Will stay here again if I come back. Also there is some really cool art on display in the hallways. Worth checking out.

Josh’s place was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located! We loved our stay here.

Linda’s place was extremely clean, nice and cozy. Her place was just as described and she added all the amenities I needed for my stay. I liked that she was personable and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous views offset any minor issues. The unit has beautiful views overseeing tennis courts, dog playground, as well as a large open area including small portion of the beach. There will be popping sounds of tennis players but I don’t think they’re excessive or annoying. The unit is modern and equipped with genuine furniture including great Electrolux washer/dryer. There is a very nice leather electric recliner. We had minor issues but the host resolved them in a reasonable time frame. It is worth to mention that there is no elevator to the unit which is on the 3rd floor. Also, parking spaces are very tight.

It was a great stay. The place had all the amenities of home. Very comfortable. Although a tad in the more expensive range, definitely worth every penny. the bed was comfortable and clean, and extra sheets was a big plus. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Erin and her unit! 5/5 stars!

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

Loved our stay at Emily’s place. My wife and I visited while on our anniversary and felt right at home. Everything we wanted was close by, Emily was super helpful and gave great recommendations and we very much enjoyed the accommodations that were provided! Would love to stay here again!

Staying at this condo was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, Host was great at communicating and easy to deal with, the Condo was exceptionally clean, and the pool and Beach were fun. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Traverse City.

William was a wonderful host and his 2 bedroom (both with kind sized beds) and 2 full baths was perfect for our couples’ getaway. Sutton’s Bay is gorgeous. So convenient to be close the Mawby Winery, which we love, and the Bahle Golf Course. We used the pool, the grill and it was an added bonus to play fetch with his sweet dog. Highly recommend this AirBNB.

Noella’s place was perfect for my business trip. I was looking for something more affordable than a hotel during a busy season, and this spot was a great find. It’s only about 10 minutes from restaurants and where my meetings were held. The space was modern, clean, and exactly as pictured. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the parking cone placed in front of the reserved spot to make sure it was available when I arrived. A great stay overall.

This was my first time visiting Traverse City and I was really happy I chose Rachel’s place! She responded at a reasoning time for any of my concerns & the apartment was super clean! I stayed for two days but it felt like home!

Great corner spot overall. It was fall and the trees right outside the windows were bright red! Cute and clean home as well as a cool rooftop. Would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Anna’s place on our honeymoon. She is a great host and her apartment was immaculate, beautiful and very welcoming and comfortable to stay in. She even put a lovely welcome gift and congratulations about our marriage on the table for our arrival. We would definitely recommend staying here!
