My guests and I had an excellent stay. Alex our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. He checked on us throughout our stay, communicated, and provided recommendations to restaurants and attractions within the area. The condos were in excellent condition, clean, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

We had a wonderful stay here! I brought my in-laws (in their 70s), my husband, and 3 year old son. There was something for everyone. Peaceful location but steps away from everything - the beach, 5th ave, etc! The rooftop pool is amazing. The drinks are good, and it was never crowded. The AC was awesome and the beds were clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!

The condo is very nice and the location can't be beat. It is two blocks away from the beach and three blocks away from 5th avenue where all the restaurants, bars etc. are located. Also 15 min away from the Xcaret parks. The view from the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. You'll enjoy hanging out on the rooftop. There's also a hot tub pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and it has a huge 80" TV in the living room. Very nice condo. I recommend you rent a car as the taxis gouge you in Playa del Carmen. A 10-15 min ride is $20 and 4 persons max.

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

We had a wonderful stay at Tania’s place in Puerto Aventuras. It was very clean, spacious, and clearly well cared for. We loved watching the dolphins and being close to so many great restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it!

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

A good option to stay, a quiet area, 24-hour surveillance. Communication with Nayeli, who lets you in and out of the house, is very good and if you have any questions she answers messages quickly, guides you and is always kind.

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. This trip was a home run! We could not have been happier with our choice. We were a group of seven adults. The connection the water was incredible from the back deck, living room and third floor. Just breathtaking. Plus the furnishings were perfect for indoor/outdoor living, and the interior design impressed everyone. A few reasonable restaurants nearby, and very short ride to Akumal beach to swim with turtles. Finally, the service/communication from the host was fantastic. Really helpful and responsive. We knew that it wasn’t easy to swim in the sea because of rocky shore line, though we did see people in the water nearby. We travel all over the world and definitely recommend this place.

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

Our extended family of ten stayed very comfortably in this lovely house. We enjoyed the space, the comfortable furniture, great snorkeling, and a lovely meal made by Jerry and Isabella. The house was as pictured, we found it peaceful, safe, and private. We loved sitting on the beach, and found the kitchen well supplied.

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

If you visit Cozumel, there's no better place than this! In addition to impeccable, with excellent maintenance (both the complex and the apartment) and well located (with a good restaurant and beach to snorkel just across the street), it includes many details to make your stay wonderful. The complex is very safe and quiet (despite having gone in Easter). The apartment is even nicer and bigger than what's shown in the photos. It also has a super large balcony with two beds and a round table for 4 people. There we have a very comfortable breakfast in front of the sea and in the afternoons we saw beautiful sunsets. We were 4 adults and one child, with comfort, privacy and we all loved it! My only observation is that it would be nice to have one more frying pan. I really recommend it! We will definitely be back!

Barb is a super host, there 10 days, very well equipped, beautifully decorated. They have thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. We were thrilled that they shared their space with us. She had to put up with quite a few questions from us, and she was always responsive in a timely manner and patient. This is a very large space for 2 people. There's a separate tv area and bar, bedroom and 2 bathrooms, beautifully laid out large kitchen and living room, with several patio doors to cool things off in the morning. We hardly ever had to use the air conditioner mind you the weather cooled during our stay. Can be a bit noisy with the pool or if somebody stays next door with lots of kids but there is a quiet pool further down near building A to hang. Fav part about holiday is snokelling right off beach, out at reef saw many different kinds of fish, stingrays. This is a must stay, will be back, buy your alcohol at the grocery store nearby or pay x2 or x3, market on wed or sat rocks

Location, location, location—this place takes the cake! Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience for our family vacation with twin 10 year olds. Unbeatable snorkeling, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and must visit tourist stops including Yal-Ku. The host was uber helpful in offering tips, and the BIG binder of tourist ideas and FAQs at the unit was so helpful. Groundskeeper staff went above and beyond, too, cutting down fresh coconuts for us each morning, which was icing on the cake. Almost want to keep this gem a secret. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!
