Welcome to your private, spacious home in East Hills! Whole house privacy! Walking distance to two espresso bars, bakeries, cupcake shop, restaurants, wine bar, and 1 block to the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market. Central air, brand new Nectar mattresses, fresh linens and fluffy pillows! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking and minutes from downtown GR! The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house!
