The house consists of a bedroom with a walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800 m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
