Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ashley!

Fue maravilloso. Las instalaciones todas muy bien mantenidas y limpias, cuenta con todo lo necesario, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y aire acondicionado, aunque no fue necesario usarlo en la noche porque es muy fresco. La cocina super bien equipada, incluyendo agua para beber y hielo. Una terraza estilo mezzanine que disfrutamos mucho en la noche. El acceso al baño en la laguna espectacular y lo mejor es que hay una piscina perfecta para los chicos, andábamos con nuestras hijas que la disfrutaron por horas cuando ya no querían más estar en la laguna. Especial mención para Luis, el chico nos atendió, super atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo. Fue perfecto, sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomiendo.

Ce Airbnb a vraiment été le coup de cœur de notre voyage ! Il était encore plus beau que sur les photos, ce qui est rare. Tout était impeccable : très propre, bien décoré et super confortable. L’hôte a été incroyablement accueillante — elle nous a même aidés à réserver des activités et a accepté que nous arrivions plus tôt et repartions plus tard. Merci encore pour tout, on recommande les yeux fermés !

Our stay at Alejandra’s house was amazing! Everything is as it seems, she is a wonderful host. She responded very quickly and was helpful when we had questions or concerns. Neighbors were very friendly, and we felt safe. We will be returning to Alejandra’s house, thanks to her great hosting!

It was a great stay at the lovely house inside a gated community. The private beach access was perfect. It’s a beautiful place. There are few details which would make the stay even better especially outdoors but the good price made it up for it. I had a great work flow, even though at certain times of the day it got very hot in the house which was then the perfect time to go for a swim. I slept very good, the area is very quiet. There are few small local tiendas on the road to find fruit & vegetables as well as basic groceries-if you come without a car like me. The massage at Casa marimba was a highlight. If you seek some quiet time to focus on work or other projects without getting distracted/disturbed much, this is the perfect place.

A comfortable seating area is featured with a white hammock suspended between two pillars. The space is adorned with alternating black-and-white checkered flooring and walls painted in warm tones. A small potted plant adds a touch of greenery, enhancing the inviting environment.

I’m not very fond of old homes, but this house felt very cozy and we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in several Airbnbs in Granada and we noticed that most of the places didn’t have screens in their windows and felt claustrophobic, since we couldn’t open the windows because of mosquitoes, but this house had screens and we loved getting fresh air at night rather than A.C. Brad was super responsive and friendly, I would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Granada.

Si quieres tener una experiencia directa con la parte histórica de Granada, este es el lugar. La habitación está en una casa antigua, con estilo y decoración de época. La ubicación frente a uno de los principales atractivos de la ciudad y cerca de todo, en pleno centro histórico. Y Uriel y su esposa muy amables y acogedores, dispuestos ayudar siempre y a dar buenas recomendaciones. Incluso me ayudaron con flexibilidad de alojamiento por un inconveniente que tuve en el camino. 100% recomendado.

La ubicación es perfecta, estas cerca de supermercados, centros comerciales y es fácil acceder al transporte público. Victor me facilitó un parqueo privado cerca del apartamento, lo cual fue magnífico. El apartamento tiene un jardín donde podes y fue perfecto para disfrutar el atardecer y trabajar un poco ahí. Víctor contestó siempre rápido a mis mensajes. Me encantó todo.

Nuestra estadía fue genial. Es un lugar q cumple con todo lo que ofrece.. Don Ricardo y su esposa doña Karla y sus hijos son demasiado cálidos, hacen q uno se sienta como en casa. Se los recomiendo mil x mil .. es un lugar q está muy céntrico, instalaciones impecables. Isleta Tahiti was the perfect getaway with girlfriends for my birthday! We swam all day in the beautiful pool and lounged away in the hammocks and sun loungers. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and drinks for 7 people. The bedrooms are clean, though we only went in there to sleep as the surroundings are so breathtaking, you want to be outside at all times! The caretakers are lovely. My friends and I all talked about other family and friends we'd love to bring to stay in the future. Highly recommend!

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

Casa Blanca is the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in! Located right in front of the Cathedral and Central Park and steps away from the best restaurants in Granada. The property manager Brenda was incredibly helpful and always available for anything we needed. The home is GORGEOUS and had all the best amenities (and more!) we will definitely always be staying here when we visit Granada. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
