Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sin ningún tipo de duda volveremos!!!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

We zijn goed ontvangen. Er werd snel gereageerd en met ons mee gedacht. We hebben ons welkom gevoeld en genoten van het mooie schone moderne appartement! De wijk waar we in zaten was bijzonder leuk, met ook in de eigen straat plekjes om te ontbijten of een hapje te eten. Je kan prima blijven plakken in de buurt er omheen. Wij komen graag terug voor Madrid en ook voor dit appartement!

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

Best place to stay in Madrid. Great location and best host ever. Gillermo and Vojko were very attentive and responsive since we arrived. The appartment was in good condition with everything you need to stay in Madrid, walkable distance to everything, Plaza España, Gran Via, markets, Panaderia, etc. I recommend 100%.

Für unsere Tage in Madrid war die Wohnung perfekt: sehr sauber mit einer guten Ausstattung in einer schönen Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.
