Beachfront vacation rentals in Gran Pacifica Resort

What made our stay at Gabriela's place was the outdoor space, which was furnished incredibly, comfortable, clean and cool pool, and we spent most of our time there. The views could not be better, the surf was right there for us. We ate out for our meals, so we didn't use the kitchen. The absolutely BEST part of this trip for us was Ray, Angela, Sasha, and their furry pets Max & Gerry. They took such incredible care of us, and they immediately felt like family. We were sad to part ways with them. Keep note that this property is on the far north end of El Transito, so if you are wanting to surf main break, it is about a 10 minute walk each way.

Muy buen lugar, ya conocía la playa que goza de excelente paisaje y tiene poca afluencia de personas, por lo que es ideal para tener privacidad, poder dormir ahi cerca de forma tan confortable es sentirse muy bien. La atención super buena.

The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Pazifik sehr beeindruckend. Donaldo war auch anwesend und hat uns ein paar Super-Tipps für Vulkanbesichtigungen gegeben. Der Ort ist touristisch noch ein unentdecktes Juwel und trotzdem fanden wir gute Restaurants mit außergewöhnlich freundlichen Menschen. Wir warten zwar nicht surfen, der Ort ist aber gerade für Surfer ein genialer Spot.

Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

Nos alojamos yo y mi familia por 1 noche ya que buscábamos relajarnos, y no nos decepcionamos. La playa súper agradable y enfrente de la casa, se hacían piscinas naturales por las rocas, la casa súper bien acomodada y la cuidadora súper atenta. Nos fascinó a mi y a mis hijos, definitivamente recomiendo y volveremos definitivamente en nuestras vacaciones.

Hilaria’s place is just the perfect place to get disconnected from the regular world, you would feel peace and calm in a front beach house with an amazing view and necessary comfort.

loved the place! it's small but it has everything you need. it has a rustic look but it has modern resources. The pool is big and great, the only thing is that if you're a swimmer be careful with the level change. also the floor is a bit rough. they do have dogs but just like any dog they're playful and need affection so please don't complain. overall I highly recommend this place. it's perfect to relax and get to know the place. the beach is awesome. Also, Karla is the nicest person in the world.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, es ámplia, ideal para grupos grandes, el área de piscina es lo mejor de la casa. Alfonso fue muy accesible y permisivo. Definitivamente volveremos!

Wow! gran casa y la atención de don Nelson fue maravillosa. Recomendaria en remodelaciones futuras poner techo en la piscina por el sol y adquirir un freezer. la refrigeradora es muy pequeña para familias grandes y conseguir hielo en el pueblo es un poco dificil. pero pasamos 4 días maravillos y Jennelle fue muy buena anfritriona. esperamos volver!

Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to a breathtaking sunrise was magical. The surf here is world-class, with uncrowded waves suitable for all skill levels. Beyond surfing, the eco-friendly ethos of the camp, the delicious locally-sourced meals, and the opportunity to truly disconnect made this a rejuvenating retreat. El lugar la Fortaleza es mágico, es ideal para vacacionar con tranquilidad , seguridad, privacidad y sobre todo amplio, con todo lo necesario y más...para pasar una excelente estadía. don John una persona muy amable, atento y entrega una descripción exacta de lo que el hospedaje ofrece. y aún más la hospitalidad y atención que brindan Fiama, Wilmer y Maribelli son una parte muy importante para que la estadía sea especial. un gran agradecimiento de mi parte y de mi grupo de amigos que disfrutamos de un lugar hermoso en Pochomil. Gabriela es muy responsable, siempre responde los mensajes inmediatamente. La casa es muy linda y acogedora. Lo único que cambiaría es el consumo de luz, creo que eso debería de estar incluido en el precio! Las tortugas sin duda son un toque demasiado especial.

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

Excelente ubicación frente a la playa. Disfrutamos del sol, las olas y el atardecer durante toda la estadía. La playa se mantuvo bastante vacía a pesar de ser Semana Santa.

Awesome spot for surfing the pacific waves far away from the crowd of San Juan del Sur. The beach house is great and the aera safe. I can't wait to go back.
