Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grainger County

This place was even a little better than advertised. Gorgeous views, high-end, well maintained, spacious & comfortable accommodations with all the bells & whistles. The cove this house is nestled in is extremely private & serene yet just minutes away from the Beach Island marina & Bubba Brews via boat or car. We loved every aspect of our 7 day/night stay, except having to leave the last day. Kicking ourselves for not booking all the way thru Labor Day weekend.

Robert was an excellent host. He was very attentive during our stay and was in constant communication. The location of his cabin was what really made it stand out the most. It really afforded us a lot of saved travel time due to its location in relation to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg allowing us to avoid congested traffic areas.

Very wonderful for a Christmas getaway. Pam was very quick to respond and always made sure we were doing okay and there were no problems. She even made us some cookies and delivered them to the porch. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful experience and the perfect space for our family while in the area for our daughter to participate ima competition in downtown Knoxville.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the cabin is so cozy with lots of nice touches….especially the hot tub and fun porch lights. The grill and fire pit area are just perfect and the beds were very comfortable too!

We had an incredible experience at Endless Summer Lakefront Lodge. From start to finish, the communication with the host was top-notch. Every single question was responded to right away and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smooth. Every detail was clearly laid out and super helpful. This home itself was spotless, cozy and far exceeding the description. It is very clear that the hosts truly care about their guests and creating a welcoming experience. I would 1,000% recommend this place to anyone looking for a worry-free stay with outstanding communication. We are already looking at dates that we can plan a return!

Amazing cabin with awesome views. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out and the movie room was great for the kids. The location was beautiful and just a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation.

Melinda was up front before we arrived when the pump on the hot tub went out and offered to compensate with extra tickets to other events. Very responsive on questions we had. Loved the cabin, when compared to a hotel was much more affordable, with much better view, more privacy, and the ability to have our family all together in one room was priceless. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Our stay (May 2025) at Matt and Sara’s cabin was wonderful. It was near enough to restaurants and things to do but also relaxing and peaceful. The drive to the cabin wasn’t scary (if you’ve stayed other places in the mts you know what I mean lol). My pups really enjoyed the fenced backyard and climbing on the rocks. If possible this is now our go to cabin. Thanks for having us.

Jill and family’s Nature’s Romance is a fantastic wooden cabin to stay at. It is about 40 mins from Gatlinburg and just over an hour from most popular Smoky Mountain National Park attractions like Cade’s cove and Clingman’s dome. It is located in a private and secluded area in the mountains with a phenomenal view of the sunset from the porch. The instructions to reach the cabin are clear and Google maps takes you there without any trouble. We did not face any major issues or discomfort at the cabin. Jill is an extremely hands-on and friendly host, responding both via messages and phone calls whenever needed. The wifi is functional but owing to it being a remote area, one might not trust the internet speed for office work. We enjoyed spending cool evenings in the hot-tub and it was a definitely a highlight for us. The cabin is clean, well-maintained, and even well stocked with basic necessities.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. They were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The only regret I have is not staying longer, it was an absolute beautiful place I love the open windows, amazing views and just a very relaxing stay! Would definitely recommend!

The place is very convenient, clean and spacious. A heads up that the “2 pools” situation actually means that you have to cross a 4 lane road to get to the other complex that has the 2nd pool, so there is actually really only 1 pool. You are also required to make a reservation for your families pool time. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with extra blankets and whatever we needed. Hamilton was very responsive to my questions and helped with everything I needed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Mary Beth's place was perfect for us and our group. It fit the entire grooms side of the wedding party as well as some family. There was plenty of bathrooms to go with all the bedrooms. Lots of fun things to do in and outside. The home is located in a quite cove of Norris lake and the views are stunning. Kitchen was very well stocked for the meals we made at home. We loved it and are planning to come back in the summer.

We were at Cinci 5 for a family reunion. It worked out perfectly for us. Good location as related to reunion events. It is a nice home and came with a boat slip for our rented pontoon. We also loved the pool table. Thank you for hosting. I hope we return soon!

Really enjoyed this cabin! Had a group of friends and we all loved it, great spot, lots of local things to do and the cabin was clean, spacious, and accurately described.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

The hostess will respond in a timely manner to all of your messages. The resort is extremely clean. It is close to all activities without being in the middle of the rush. I would definitely recommend staying here.
