This place is perfect!!! The pictures are spot on! We wanted the views, and this place delivered! It was so modern and up to date. Very cozy with the fireplace. So much to do when you travel down the mountain. However, staying the in cabin the whole time would have been fine with me, too! My year-old twins were impressed! Highly recommended with 5+ stars.

This place was amazing! The location was private and peaceful, with pristine conditions and amazing views! Wilson told us ahead of time about the steep driveway, but we got up it with no issues. Overall I’d recommend this cabin to anyone, and Wilson was super responsive, respectful host who was so helpful. Hope to come back soon!

My husband and I took a mini vacation and decided to stay at this cabin. Upon arrival, we were super impressed by how clean and organized everything was! In addition, Betsey was an amazing host, always willing to answer questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a private getaway :)

If you are considering booking Michael’s home, DO IT! One of the best, most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. We feel so lucky to have experienced this home. The pictures don’t do the home and beautiful mountain surroundings justice. We had 5 adults and 1 child and felt very comfortable with plenty of space. The home was incredibly clean and had some of the most comfortable beds ever. We were in awe watching the sunrise every morning and stargazing at night. We hiked in the Smokey mountains, went to Dollywood, and visited Gatlinburg during our stay. The home is 20ish minutes from a good size grocery store and 5-10 minutes from a smaller convenience store. We even saw a small bear from the deck! This is a place we would definitely come back to again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The seclusion and no service was just what we wanted. Loved that they provide a landline so if we did need to call someone we were able. Beautiful property. Not to far out of the way but it definitely has that feel. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great tiny home up in the mountains. Lots of privacy, kept very clean. Great view, especially when the mountains got all smokey. The only thing would be if you're a tall guy just know you're going to have a hard time with the shower, it is a tiny home, so kind of expected. 🤣 The Host was great about communicating, and responded in short amounts of time as needed.

If we could give this a 10 star, we would. It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The view cannot be captured in pictures. The cabin was very bright because of all the windows. If you have stayed in cabins before, you know that some dusting up high is often neglected. This was not the case here. Very clean. Though this is in a gated neighborhood, you felt complete privacy because of the trees around the cabin. You cannot see your or hear your neighbor nor they you. The hot tub was spectacular. It was clean, hot, private, with a tremendous view. Our hosts were responsive but we really did not need them since everything was perfect. If you wanted to go into the chaos of town, it was not a far drive. We loved just hanging out at the cabin reading, resting, and enjoying the view. We whole heartedly recommend!

My wife and I spent our 28th wedding anniversary at the cabin and it was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. Also my wife kept complimenting the air freshener that spread throughout the cabin. If I had any question they were answered in minutes. Thanks for letting spend our anniversary at your cabin. It was beautiful.

I wish I would have found this place earlier . Convenient to UT . Tucked away gem . I’m always confused to why anyone would stay in a hotel . I will definitely be back !

Great place to stay. 30-40 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Secluded and we had the place to ourselves. The yard and balcony deck was a great way to end the evening and start the morning. Will likely stay again when we come back if available.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks with our 2 cats. Katlyn's place is incredible. The view is as described, but what stood out just as much as the view was the attention that Katlyn and her helpers clearly put into every detail. Every item that we possibly could have thought of was already there in case we needed it. The WiFi is strong enough for seamless video calls and online gaming. The location is very peaceful, although do note that it's about an hour's drive to the hotspots of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (we saw this as a plus - it was peaceful every day but we could day trip over there if we wanted). The place is also on a steep gravel road. We had no trouble in a Subaru and a Tesla, but if you have a little car with small ground clearance and no AWD it could be sketchy. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and we'd definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Location was amazing! loved the farm and seeing all the cows,secluded enough where it was comfortable and peaceful which is exactly what we was wanting. Linda was very helpful and nice and sweet along with the people tending the farm. definitely recommend for those who love farm views and privacy

The rural cabin is located East of Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Natl Park. West of Asheville. That was a good fit for us. Route 40 is open after all that Hurricane Damage & Closure. We enjoyed that convince as well as the backroads beauty. The cabin isn’t far from the road, so no long steep winding driveway to navigate. We went to the nearby Kyle Carver Orchards and loved their pies!! Support their friendly local business! Emma was welcoming and responsive. The home is spotless. We didn’t use sauna, but hot tub was great for relaxing. We felt comfortable & safe at Thors Cabin.

John was very helpful and responsive to all questions or concerns. He we very proactive with instructions and suggestions. Place was very clean and well taken care of. Had a great time staying here and would again!

We had a great time at this mountain retreat with our two pups. The space is perfect for two people and the setting is quiet and peaceful. Close to all the attractions but away from the busyness. The home is stocked with everything you need. Loved it and hope to be back some day.

Absolutely incredible stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and on a stunning property. The host was amazing—super responsive and kind, even disabling the alarm remotely when I had trouble and quickly answering every question we had. The house had everything: extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, spices, detergent, and even toiletries in every bathroom. She went above and beyond with a welcome basket full of s’mores supplies—perfect for the fire pit! Access to the kayaks and paddle boards made my med school graduation weekend even more special. Every detail was thoughtful and well-executed. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

This was a last minute booking and it worked well. Would recommend it for a quiet stay. Only thing I noted was the lighting inside was very dim. Outside lighting was great.

Joe was gracious enough to let us stay for a month while we took care of my mom after surgery. The cabin is very cute and inviting, but doesn't run on the smaller side. We met 3 of the neighbors while we were there and they are all very nice. The short walk to the lake was a fantastic bonus.

Heron’s Hideout absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a short walk to the lake, which made it super convenient for morning coffee by the water and evening sunset strolls. The views are truly stunning, with peaceful nature all around and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. The amenities were top-notch! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor seating area and the cozy touches throughout the home. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making Heron’s Hideout feel special.

This place was great and it’s right on the water with a private ramp. Kathy was very helpful with any questions and always responded very quickly.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and we only left for groceries. 😊 Nice scenery for a morning or sun fall view. They had a billiards table, hot tub, and board games. responsive host too.
