I have stayed at Emma’s a few times now and there is a reason for that. This apartment is amazing. Great views, very spacious, close to shopping centre, very close to the beach, secure allocated car park and plenty of street parking for visitors. Secure building with key fob entry and intercom system to buzz visitors in. Local tavern and drive through bottle shop is 70 metres away. Service station few minutes up the next street. It seems pretty central to everything here without it feeling like it’s crazy busy or too noisy. Thanks for another amazing experience staying at your apartment. 😊

Really fabulous bnb. Terrific location. Very comfortable and an easy walk to everything including a great selection of restaurants and cafes. We stayed with friends and had a brilliant time. It’s perfect for two families, with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. The house is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Iluka, this is hands-down our favourite. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

An absolute pleasure, from the warm welcome to the delightful interior and generous breakfast provisions. We loved the setting in the trees and being joined by the Rainbow Lorikeets for breakfast. Highly recommended for a quiet stay and a base to explore the Bellingen region.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Mill Cottage. The location was great with beautiful views and close to everything. I highly recommend and we would definitley stay again in the future.

Great Airbnb, comfortable and alot more "experience" than a traditional accommodation only booking. Kids enjoyed seeing the horses, feed the animals and the beach is a great place to visit, if you are lucky the lagoon creates a rush of water flowing into the ocean making it a great stream for the kids to body board or simply float down. Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.

I booked this apartment last minute and it was great!!! It’s a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and really cozy. AMAZING views from the apartment being on the 5th floor. I think it probably has some of the best round views you can get in holiday accommodation there. I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for half the day. Some of the decor was like a time time warp to the 80s which I also loved! Very clean tidy cosy but spacious. Easy walk to cafe or beach or dine out.

Ignacio and Jill are great hosts. Very friendly and gracious. Their unit is peaceful and has everything you need for your stay. I’d recommend them to anyone.
