Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rhein und der Insel Grafenwerth, einem beliebten Ausflugsort mit Park, Spielplätzen, Sportflächen und einem Freizeitbad. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sowie Bus- und Stadtbahn. Die Innenstadt von Bad Honnef sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Ein Restaurant und eine Eisdiele befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Accommodation in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, additional 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that the proximity to the garden can also cause an insect to stray into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.
