When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche gibt es je einen Kaminofen zum heizen. Badezimmer und die Küche können auch elektrisch geheizt werden.

On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
