The 4* *** Star cottage in a rare secluded location! Our vacation home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The full equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor there are the bedrooms with a large master bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can also be used by adults.

Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.
