Beach house vacation rentals in Grado

We had a wonderful vacation, the house looks the same as in the photos. The garden and the pool were glorious, perfect also for traveling with a dog. In addition, you can reach Porec or the beach within 10 minutes by car. And the landlady is super nice and speaks German. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Zoran's place is a great place to stay if you have a car and want to explore Slovenia. The flat was well equipped, and suited our needs. Within two hours driving through stunning countryside we were able to access white water rafting at Bovec and spent a day at Lakes Bohinj and Bled. We also had a day at Predjama castle and the Postojna caves and another at the Lipica Stud and the coast. Ljubliana airport is only an hour and a half away. Idrija itself was only 15 minutes away and has an interesting history of Mercury mining and Lace making and there are many walking trails from the door.

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Brand new and super-equipped house! Very close to the sea and Cristhoper is a very helpful host.

We very much enjoyed sitting in the living room by the extra large window having the best view of Piran. It was close to many cafes and restaurants. Spacious and clean. All together made it a very pleasant stay in Piran.

Delightful accommodation in the center of Caorle. The host was great. She responded immediately, she was very pleasant to meet. She always helped us, gave us advice, and explained anything we asked. The house was clean, comfortable and stylish. It's the most beautiful house in the area. That's why almost all passers-by take photos. That didn't bother us. The only thing that could be better was the wifi internet connection. But we didn't go to Caorle because of that, so it didn't bother us either. When we return to Caorle, only here.

Super apartment, in a quiet location yet close to the beach, with private parking and storage facilities for bicycles, etc. Perfect for family.

My family and I booked the house for a week and were totally satisfied. Everything was as described. There was nothing in the kitchen. Utensils and dishes were more than enough. The house is in a quiet environment where you have a lot of privacy. The homeowner and caretaker were always reachable. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend the house

One of the nicest accommodations we have experienced in Croatia so far. It fully met our needs and expectations, we were very satisfied and would love to return again.

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

Ilaria hosted us very warmly. She showed us around the house, and gave us some suggestions about the town of Bibione. The house is in excellent condition, very clean, all advertised amenities were present and functional. The village is very quiet, the pool is clean, the environment is also very well maintained. The town of Bibione is nice, lots of tourist shops (:o) but also good restaurants. The public beach (free) is 2 or 3 km away (plan to go by car, but it's very easy to park). There were quite a few people, the sand is fine, and we walked for a very long time (ideal for children). Anyway, it was perfect. Thanks again to Ilaria for hosting us and for her home, we had a great vacation.

Everything was great, easy check-in, very friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was clean, everything as written. Pool or sea or both one by one, great combination. Istralandia and Aquacolors for the kids are not far away. Highly recommended!

good house. 1 hour to venice

Incredible location and magnificent views which was even better in real life than the photos. Wonderful beach below the property. The road down to the property is a single track good quality road with passing places. This property is all about the sensational position and beach and harbour below. We loved it. Valentino and Ervin were very responsive and welcoming hosts.

Super location for the family, really friendly locals, and great beaches and activities. Felt like a home away with the multi generational family holiday and love it. Just an absolute dream. For those who like to be alone, rest and not the crowds are looking for an absolute tip. The house has a free parking space. 3 bedrooms, climate,WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and Piran. There is even a washing machine and an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor shower. It has its own access to the sea. Stairs down and private sea access with a small lying area on the stones. There's even an inlet for a sun umbrella. In the morning, enjoy the coffee on the terrace with a view of Piran and then enjoy the morning mum in the warm and quiet sea. The perfect start before breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening. Citronella candles or similar are highly recommended. In the storage room there is also a large fridge for larger shopping. Small shop in the village. Lidl, Spar, etc. available 20 minutes in Umag

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

Thanks for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Definitely coming back. Thank you very much

This place is magically beautiful! You walk from the garden to the beach. The two gardens are lovely to laze in and the house is very nice to be in. You feel right at home. The host is very nice and easy to reach and very helpful. This is truly a top spot!
