Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

Our apartment is part of the house with 3 apartments. It is located in Banjol, 4 km from town Rab, but only 10 m from the sea. There is beautiful big garden, terrace in front of the apartment where you can eat, hang out and grill. Just below apartment is coctail bar - pizzeria and promenade 'Lungomare' that takes you to the old town Rab.

It is at the first floor with a big terrace of 70 m² with a nice view on the sea. 10 minutes away from the city center on foot and in the middle of every commodities (supermarket, restaurants, marina...). The apartment is equipped with fibre optics. Teleworking is possible.

Great apartment in a perfect position (20 min walking time to Rab center) next to the seaside. Beautiful garden with all the typical mediterranean flavours. Stunning view. The house is comfortable and, if you want, there is a place to have dinner and lunch in the garden. Miro and his mum are special and always ready to help. Super recommended!

Casa pulita e accogliente, con un bel terrazzino. Vlatka è sempre stata molto disponibile e celere nelle risposte. Dall'abitazione si arriva in 5' alle spiaggette del lungo mare e agli attracchi delle barche; per arrivare ad Arbe serve circa 1h a piedi seguendo il lungomare (sconsigliato anche dai locali andarci in macchina per i pochi parcheggi e il costo elevato): la casa si trova infatti a Barbat, come indicato nel testo della descrizione, e non a Banjol (molto più vicino ad Arbe) come invece appare sulla mappa di Airbnb. In zona si possono trovare vari rent di barche e bici.

Nette Unterkunft in wirklich wundervoller Lage in Rab in der Nähe der hübschen Strandpromenade. Hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub! Marko ist ein sehr guter und bemühter Gastgeber, der immer hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen war. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Laura’s apartment is beautiful and the wonderful view make this the perfect base to visit Rab. The balconies overlooking the Marina , sea and up to the mountains was a lovely place for breakfast. The apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable and right at the centre of the beautiful old town with all its charm and beauty as well was proximity to the beaches, restaurants and historical sights.. all over looking the Marina ..a perfect holiday spot 😊. The lovely turtles in the back garden were an added delight!

What a hidden gem of a place with a seaside view on the Isle of Rab. Wonderful location that is only 500 meters from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation has all the modern amenities you could hope for and is only 200 meters from the nearest food market. The best part of our stay was the host—Antonia—who is quite easily the greatest host we have ever had the pleasure to meet on Airbnb. She was responsive and helpful to a myriad of our queries and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and her family had everything they needed during our stay. This is high-end hospitality in a cosy and modern apartment (with breathtaking terrace view of the water) for great value! We were so blown away by the location and service that we have extended our stay another 5 days!

Das Apartment war einfach perfekt! Die Lage, die Austattung und die Terasse mit Meerblick. Nikolina und ihr Vater haben uns direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und waren während des gesamten Aufenhalts sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Apartment und Nikolina zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay and will only have great memories. Everything was perfect and the host was very nice. The apartement is very spatious, has a big terrace and was clean, cosy and well equiped. We liked how the beach, shop and ice cream were very close. Just beware of seagulls, they can steal your breakfast from terrace :)

The place was really spacious, clean, just the same as on the photos. You have beautiful sea view from the balcony. The closest beach is 2 min walk, Mel beach 10 min walk. Shop, resraurants are in walking distance. The neighbourhood is pretty quite, friendly, very good for families to rest. Rosana answered all the time quickly. We really enjoyed staying here!

Sandra è un host fantastico. Amante degli animali, il mio cane si è subito trovato a suo agio. L'appartamento presenta un terrazzo chiuso, così che il cane possa essere sempre libero di muoversi a suo piacimento. La casa è pulita, essenziale, ma spaziosa. Abbiamo adorato soggiornare lì. L'appartamento è vicino al paese, raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata sul lungomare. Se torneremo a Rab sarà sicuramente da Sandra, non ci sono dubbi. Consigliatissima.

Villa Seawave - on the beach!

Wunderschön gelegene Wohnung direkt am Meer. Sie ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und dank der verglasten grossen Fenster hat man, egal ob von Küche oder vom Bett aus Meerblick. Ein Highlight ist der Whirlpool - ebenfalls mit Ausblick. Die Lage ist super! Um zu baden muss man nur über die wenig befahrene Strasse ind gelangt zu einem kleinen Sandstrand. Restaurants und ein Shop sind ebenfalls fussnah. Auch ist man, z.B. in ca. 15 Minuten direkt dem Meer entlang mit dem Fahrrad im malerischen Städtchen Rab. Die Vermieter Vedran und Sandra waren super freundlich, entgegenkommend und haben uns sogar geholfen beim organisieren unseres Bootsausfluges (sehr zu empfehlen!).
