Villa vacation rentals in Grad Rab

The great responsible host Lara with very friendly father. We have stayed for one week, 4 adults, 1 little baby 3 months and 2 dogs. Host Quick and clear answers, communication 24/7, good suggestions and recommendations. Lara’s father is living on Rab so in case you need something you can get assistance immediately. It is allowed to leave with 2 dogs without issues. Location Sooo, this is the greatest location on Rab, 8 minutes by car to the center of city Rab, in the same time this is only the one place on Rab which have a lot of private and quite small beaches with amazing views. Sea is just 5 minutes by walk, but it is very hard to get there with baby stroller, so it is better to go with baby on hands or it is possible to get there by car, only 2 minutes. House 2 small but quite rooms both with air conditions in each room Ground floor without AirCondition BUT it is cold there every time so it is comfort and chilled zone. Very big backyard with sun beds, terrace staff, and grill.

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing week at Natasa's wonderful house. The house appears far better than in the photos and was the perfect setting for our holiday. Rab is a lovely island, with great nature, good bathing places, local culture and coziness. Natasa and Denis were very welcoming and friendly. Simply fantastic house! Brand new, super clean, tastefully furnished, suitable for 2 families or large family. Large garden, beautiful ventilated veranda with a grill. A 5-minute drive from downtown, a 15-minute walk down. IT'S A house TO fly! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the time in this house on a hill surrounded by vineyards and gardens very much. Villa Mora was originally an old farmhouse, which was lovingly renovated by its owner with a great eye for historical details. The 3 bedrooms all have their own bathroom, which we found very comfortable. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The food can then be enjoyed on the beautiful terrace with fantastic views. At the large pool there is a nice place for barbecuing. We spent very nice evenings here. We also liked the spacious living room very much. There's even a fireplace here. To try this out, we absolutely have to come back again at another time of year. From the house, you walk about 25 minutes to Rab city center. For us, the location was optimal. We enjoyed the tranquility and the view very much. The landlord was very friendly and had many tips for us.

Clean and well equipped apartment just a five minute drive from the fkk beach and ten minutes to downtown. Responsive and friendly host, Romana even offered me a complimentary night after a bit of rainy weather.

Lovely private place away from the dense city.

We booked the entire house as a group of 13 people and loved it! The location of the house is a dream, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and in particular the view from the terraces and the short walk to the sea accesses were our highlights. The apartment was very clean and the check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Olea. It was beautiful and a very short drive to Novalja. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot

An amazing villa. Perfect for 10 girls on a weekend break. Branka was very helpful and able to offer us extras such as paddle boards which we had so much fun on in the beautiful sea. Great for groups or a couple of little families. The shop down the road is fine for essentials but might be worth doing a big shop in Novalja. Very clean and exactly like described on the listing.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We were a twelve-person group of friends who stayed at Jürgen's villa. Communication with Jürgen was great, he responded quickly to questions and was always able to help us. Check-in was straightforward and fast. Located just outside of Novalja, the villa has a very nice view of the sea. Modern furnishings with everything you need for your vacation. Here and there, however, there were small defects such as loose towel racks or toilets doors that cannot be locked. Otherwise, there is nothing big to complain about. We had our fun despite bad weather and thanks to the large conservatory with heating we could sit "outside" even in the rain.

We were a group of 7 people with a dog. We liked the house very much. The furnishings matched the description. You can't see from the pictures that the area is now much more built up. Nevertheless, we had a quiet stay and were able to enjoy our privacy. The house has a few minor flaws. We could not find any major defects. Checking in was easy. Although our flight was delayed by several hours, this was not a problem. Ventus Travel is available 24/7 and responded quickly to my messages. At check-in you need all the ID documents of the fellow travelers which was not clear to me, but not a problem. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the sea. The path there is steep and a little more challenging for people who are not good walkers. There are several restaurants and a small kiosk in the village. For larger purchases you should drive to Novalja, which takes 15 minutes. It was a very successful vacation and the villa and the agency can only be recommended.

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

Villa Kadila was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The place was pristine and comfortable. We were able to make meals and start every morning with time outside and at the pool. We found this house to be very practical for six adults, equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. It's also very spacious - especially loved the roominess of the bathrooms! Air conditions in all the bedrooms were much appreciated during the hot summer nights in the middle of August. And the area is fantastic with the sea so close and a small market within walking distance as well. The town is small and peaceful in comparison with lots of other places on Pag. Eduard is a very personable, accommodating, and likable host. Highly recommend!
