Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the very center of the old town, it is 80 m2, it consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The city beach is only a 3-minute walk away. Guests of our accommodation have free parking in a public parking lot, only 50 m from the apartment. A three-bedroom apartment, although it doesn't have air conditioning , is very comfortable. It's on the ground floor. Next to the apartment there is parking, barbecue,sat tv, wi fi. The apartment is 500 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the old town. The first store is 100 meters away.
