Beautiful modern and fully equipped apartment by the sea in private house with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and big terrace overlooking the sea and the beach in Barbat. Free air-condition and WiFi. The beach is just 50 meters away. There are 4 apartments in our house. Nice walkway 8 km by the sea. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around&2 supermarkets. Friendly, cozy, nice home for 4 or 5 :)

Our comfortable two bedroom apartment, with three balconies has a true "home" feeling. It comfortably fits four, and is located just 15 minutes walk from the sea promenade. Enjoy a full equipped space, garden, barbecue and friendly host.Can be combined with one larger Appartement and then ideal for cycling holidays for groups of 5-15 people. The house is located by the main road so if you are looking for a mute/silent sleep please consider to check out other properties 🙏🏼

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

The accommodation was lovely, and the host was very friendly. She assisted us whenever needed, both upon arrival and during our stay. The house has a great terrace with a sea view, air conditioning, and a beautiful garden. The sea is close, but walking there can be a bit difficult with small children as you climb the hill on the way back, but only 2 minutes by car. Overall, everything was good, and I would recommend it.

We had an amazing week at Daniela’s Apartment! It’s the perfect location, right by a Promenade where you can walk along and find a ton of restaurants and bars! And there is a taxi boat to the old town of Rab which was so nice to visit at night! We enjoyed our stay and loved it!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, like new, it's better than the pictures. Sanjin is a lovely host, always willing to help, very kind and nice. The house has a manicured garden, with a place to grill, chairs and tables to eat or have a drink, it has spectacular views. We hope to return soon. We had a great stay at Anita's place. Location is near the old town of Rab, yet very peaceful. The apartment is comfortable and with a lot of amenities we did and didn't expect. Parking is secured just in front of the apartment so it's easy to carry the bags. We had a great stay and hope to come again!

Jasmina is a great host. On the day of arrival, she provided us with chilled water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and a bowl of vegetables from her garden. She helped us with everything, she gave us advice. The place was just like the photos, clean, cozy, well-equipped, and the view was beautiful. Quiet location. Warmly delivered.

A great cute apartment at s very good location. Nikolina and her family are great, friendly, helpful. They recommended several nice beaches and we got to try their homemade mint juice, which was amazingly refreshing. I recommend staying at their place, we had a great time!

We booked the flat for our son and his group of friends. It has been a big success! They are completely enthousiastic about this holiday! During the week, they sent everyday pictures from there, photos of the amazing wonderful view from the balcony and of the beaches and fantastic places all around. At the beginning we were a bit worried about the distances, as the group didn't have a car, but once arrived, they said the big supermarket was just 3 minutes walk from there, and the rest also close enough to walk to. We really want to repeat a big thank you to Kimberly, who was immediately replying all our (many) questions all the time, being precise and always nice, and to Damjan, who was a great help (HVALA & VIELEN DANK Damjan!!) in good German (!)for them the whole week, with tousend tipps and contacts and addresses. We decided to write in the middle of the week to express our gratitude, as it was really important for us to know that everything was working so friendly and perfectly: my son says that Damjan had a solution for every problem!:). The flat is furnished of everything and "more beautiful than in the pictures". We highly recommend it!
