The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

Novouređeni apartman za 4 do 6 osoba nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući sa posebnim ulazom. Pogodan je za obitelji sa djecom, također su i kućni ljubimci dobrodošli, u kući se nalaze 3 apartmana pa je moguće primiti i veće grupe. Trgovina se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini, centar grada je udaljen 1km. Domaćini su na raspolaganju u svako doba dana.
