Vacation rentals with a patio in Grad Hvar

Clean, comfortable, simple apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We found the bed very comfortable and the temperature in the apartment was just right. Easy walk to beaches and Stari Grad town. We'd stay here again if we returned to the area.

Sime and Jelka were very good hosts and very friendly. Communication was fluent. I had a problem with the mattress and Jelka was very open and very quickly conjured up a good solution for me thank you! She goes out of her way to make sure she doesn't miss anything☺️. The location is simply great, a 3-minute walk from the sea, 12 minutes from the center of Hvar. In a secluded location. Parking spot outside the house. 2 huge terrace to linger with beautiful sunsets😍. A shower curtain would be ideal in the bathroom. The apartment is simply furnished with gas stove in the kitchen, which is awesome! Thank you Jelka and can recommend this place with a good feeling! Hvala

The apartament was compact and nice, equipped with everything someone can ask for, Marija and her family are very friendly and respond quickly for questions. Worth it!

Communication with Fabijan was seamless — he was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, where we enjoyed plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s also a short drive to some amazing beaches and to Hula Hula, which is perfect for catching the sunset. You can even walk there in about 15–20 minutes. We truly loved our stay and didn’t want the trip to end. Thank you so much for having us and for making the check-out process so easy. You’re an amazing host, and we would definitely recommend you to everyone!

Dominika’s place was in a perfect spot! The walk to the downtown by the sea was the best part of the place for us. It was in a calm and quiet area, and the balcony was very nice.

The apartment is very clean, and very well equiped. The bathroom was modern and convenient. The kitchen is great: there is really all the equipment you need to cook a good meal. For us the inconvenient was that the space is very small, and that there is no common room besides the (very spacious) terrace. It was difficult to move around, and we had to take all our meals on the terrace, which could be inconvenient when the weather is cold. Aside from that, Ivana and her family were fantastic hosts: they helped us find a parking for a second car, did a laundry for us and provided a crib for our baby. Thanks a lot!

An amazing unit and location. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was amazing. There are 187 steps up to the unit and Zimmer arranged for a pickup at the ferry and transport to the unit with my luggage. Highly recommended

We had such an amazing stay here, thank you! The apartment was spotless and really spacious and comfy. The host and family were so friendly and welcoming and were very responsive if we had any questions. It’s a short walk from the beautiful old town and a great supermarket. The pool area is an absolute delight and so well maintained. Would recommend 100%

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Ivana’s place was perfect for our stay in Hvar. It was the cutest Airbnb with a really cute Mediterranean garden and Ivana was so so helpful with all the local recommendations and being flexible with our check in. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for Hvar as it’s private and peaceful but just a 10 minute walk away from the main center.

Perfect view and amazing host!

We had an amazing stay with Marin as a host. He kindly came to pick us up at the port and brought us to the apartment. The airbnb had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. In our opinion, it was a luxurious stay and the view and location was truly amazing. Highly recommend this place, would absolutely come back. It was even better than we expected. The apartment is super. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The property is about 2.5 km from the center. Nannette is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The only thing we didn't quite like was that the place is listed as “accommodation for you alone,” although there are two more accommodations on the property.

We had a great stay at Marijana’s place, which was the perfect distance from town to enjoy some peace and quiet, while remaining a convenient walk away from plenty of restaurants and shops and only a few metres from the secluded President’s Beach. The apartment was pristine and had everything we needed for our time on Hvar

Juraj's place was as described, located very close to city center, well equipped, has nice balcony view and is great value for money. he and his family are very nice people always ready to help around, Juraj was very responsive in communication and very helpful.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Nice location, briliant balcony

Thank you for the great stay in this beautiful apartment. We came to the island without a car. Imre kindly picked us up from the ferry and brought us back. This was a great help. Directly at the apartment there is everything for everyday needs such as supermarket, restaurants, ice cafes, shops and even an open-air cinema... Wonderful beaches can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot. What to know: Some tourist boats dock between 10 and 11 in the morning. This quickly makes it very crowded in the otherwise very cozy village. In the evening it is also quite noisy due to the restaurants. You can still sleep well when the windows are closed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We'll be back.

Perfect apartment ! We visited Hvar for the first time and absolutely loved everything about it. And the apartment was part of it. Litteraly everything you need from the spacious rooms, two balconies and perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need in case you want to make a homemade meal. Everything was immaculate and super clean as well. Really there is nothing negative to say about this place ! The location was also very good and everything was easily reachable. Would definitely recommend it 100%. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have. Don’t hesitate !! People at the agency were also very helpful with giving recommendations and drove us to the airbnb so we didn’t have to walk and kept our luggage how long we wanted.

Great Airbnb and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They came with desert, tea, medicine when I had a cold and were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!. Airbnb is great with a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the harbor.
