Beachfront vacation rentals in Grad Hvar

We had an amazing time @ Jacolien’s place. The location is perfect, the area calm and relaxing, the view is stunning and you also wake up with the cigales. I will definitely come back here for my next trip in Hvar. Highly recommend !

Sime and Jelka were very good hosts and very friendly. Communication was fluent. I had a problem with the mattress and Jelka was very open and very quickly conjured up a good solution for me thank you! She goes out of her way to make sure she doesn't miss anything☺️. The location is simply great, a 3-minute walk from the sea, 12 minutes from the center of Hvar. In a secluded location. Parking spot outside the house. 2 huge terrace to linger with beautiful sunsets😍. A shower curtain would be ideal in the bathroom. The apartment is simply furnished with gas stove in the kitchen, which is awesome! Thank you Jelka and can recommend this place with a good feeling! Hvala

The apartament was compact and nice, equipped with everything someone can ask for, Marija and her family are very friendly and respond quickly for questions. Worth it!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The apartment is quite a way up a hill and 75 steps when making your way from the town, but kept the fitness levels up!!! We loved the feature mirror on the large balcony and the sunsets were amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Anamarija’s apartment is amazing. She was incredibly responsive and was flexible with a late checkout after my ferry was cancelled. Her apartment has beautiful views and was bigger than I expected. I would 10/10 recommend, and would love to come back!

The perfect stay! Beautiful location with access for a dip in the sea less than a minute walk away. The infamous Pokonji beach around a 10 minute walk too. And only a 20 minute walk along the promenade into the port, we rented a scooter so we could travel the island more and get into down quicker. The apartment was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed from; beach towels, to cooking equipment, coffee & tea. The upstairs deck was beautiful to sunbathe on. Darjie looked after us for our stay, he greated us when we arrived and gave us some information on the local area and was always around when ever we needed anything and was very kind. He also allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out! I would highly recommend this place to any couples, much nicer than being right in the port.

We were in the apartment for two weeks with two dogs in mid-September and would love to come back any time. Darka anticipates every wish and the small place offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The accommodation is cozy and conveniently furnished and the terrace with the sea view is just great.

One of the best places we've stayed! Everything was really perfect, the location 10 minutes from the center, not too far from several beautiful coves. And then there's the place! A real paradise, the apartment was even better than in the photos (I think it has been repainted), the pool and sea access literally at the doorstep: incredible! Access to paddles, buoys, masks is really a plus! But the best for the end, the hospitality of Lovorka, Filip and their team who made themselves available, responsive and warm all week with many recommendations. We'll definitely be back! apartment is spacious, nice balcony with beautiful views, friendly hosts who were always there for you. Walking distance to beach and Stari Grad. Large supermarket right on arrival by boat. Location is close to the boat. We had apartment on the 3rd floor with stairs to reach. Swimming pool available

Steps away from a beautiful and not crowded beach (mid- July). Because it’s away from the £££ area of Hvar, beach beds are only €20 for two including parasol. Apartment has two bathrooms, so big enough for 4 adults, assuming you are eating out in the evenings.

Nice stay! Great view and location

Spomenka was very nice and help us from the first day, how to come to her apartment, organized a taxi etc. she was very friendly and lovely and gave as recommendations for staying in Hvar. When we needed something, she responded very fast. The apartment has a nice view on the sea, and is 10 min on foot away from the port. It has everything you need for a good vacation in Hvar :-)

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

Very good value for money, best host possible

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Anita’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Janka was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with 2 minutes walk to beach, 1 minute walk to store and nearby attractions. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby referred by Janka. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Anita’s and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We loved everything about the house and we will definitely come back again. We had an apartment with sea view which was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, private beach with gorgeous water just down stairs. The house is 15 min walk to the city of Hvar along the lungomare, so very pleasent promenade. Must do: escursion to the caves (Paola arranged this for us).

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

We loved this place. Great view from balcony. Big living room. Ana had free private parking in the apartment even though the Airbnb listing did not say the apartment had parking. 20 minute walk along the ocean, or you can avoid steps by walking on streets and sidewalks.

My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon on Hvar and Antonia was an incredibly great host. She arranged for us to be picked up in town after we took a ferry from Split and also arranged for us to be driven back to the port so we could take another ferry after our stay. This was incredibly helpful since we overpacked coming from our wedding weekend. Antonia met us at the place and welcomed us with local wine and waters and provided us contacts for a car rental and private boat tour. She was very nice and responsive and quickly answered all of our questions and requests. We loved staying at her place and would absolutely recommend booking this place if given the chance

we loved everything about the space! Not only were the hosts extremely welcoming and kind to us through our entire stay, but they also gave us great recommendations and were willing to take us to and from town upon our arrival/departure. the home itself was modern, comfortable, clean and private.

Totally perfect in every way, beautiful views, excellent location, warmest welcome and hospitality, apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful few days in Hvar. Highly recommended.

The best Airbnb in Croatia! Friendly host. Rupert was there to meet us from the ferry port and help with bags. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Felt like home. Everything spotless. Outdoor areas were really lovely. Very well equipped. Easy walk to everything! Just be mindful of stairs. Cannot fault the place. Thank you for being such lovely hosts!
