Apartment vacation rentals in Gràcia

Spent 4 great nights here. Loved the location. Close to everything. Great cafe downstairs and several other shops in the same block. Excellent for public transport to take you anywhere in the city. Plenty of taxis to hail, outside the front door. We loved the terrace and ate here often. A couple of things to note, the bedrooms are very small and the bathroom is off the main bedroom, so really not suitable for 2 couples. There are a few stairs to get into the kitchen and the terrace, so may be an issue if there are mobility issues. The aircon in each room was fantastic. Finn's communication was excellent and we had a warm welcome from the on-site ladies. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Pablo and Franziska’s place in Gracia. Like the description says, the apartment is full of light, was super clean and had all the amenities we needed (fast wifi, cooking utensils, even laundry!) for our 4 night stay. The location was also perfect - it’s just off the busy streets so it’s relatively quiet but still super close to the metro, restaurants, and grocery. Rosi, their cohost, was also such an amazing resource throughout the trip. She welcomed us upon arrival, walked us through the apartment, and also gave a brief explainer on different areas in Barcelona and how to get around. She gave us recommendations on restaurants in the city and was quick to respond if we had any questions. Thank you Rosi for your hospitality! A quick note: it can get hot in the apartment, but opening the doors and windows helps with the airflow! Just make sure to bring earplugs as the birds can’t get loud in the morning. We hope to stay here again in the future!

It was a lovely stay in Pep’s apartment. I really enjoyed the precise instruction by Alfonso! The apartment is very close to Sagrada de Familia and other restaurants and cafes. I’ll recommend to stay there

It was clear that Rut had considered every little thing we might need before we even thought of it. The location was perfect and felt very safe, which made the experience even better. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. Rut was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and made the entire stay seamless. I’d definitely stay here again!

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im appartment von oliver. die kommunikation war sehr top, alles sauber und die wohnung so wie auf den fotos mit viel platz. auch die lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der ubahn gut an das stadtzentrum angeboten. gerne wieder!

If you want to stay in Gràcia while in Barcelona, just book this place! No need to look further. It could reasonably sleep four people, but it was priced well enough for me to book it for a solo trip. I got everywhere in Barcelona using the metro stop blocks away. And everything you'd ever want to eat or drink is walkable. Elena is awesome! Super responsive, clear in communication, and a great resource for whatever you need to know. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The location is charming, vibrant, and right in the heart of Gràcia. Literal steps from shops, the metro, and lively squares. We were mindful of Gracia's shifting dynamics -- like many parts of the city, it’s feeling the pressure of tourism and change -- and it's a great place if you're the type who does their part to respect that people live there. The apartment itself is clean and well-kept. Lots of storage, a sofa that’s comfy enough couch to nap. The bedroom is at the back of the space, away from street noise (double paned doors onto the balcony work great). The kitchen is practical and has enough counter space -- everything worked well for us once Enrique and team helped us understand the stovetop. Great water pressure in the shower, strong toilet flush (always appreciated), and fast internet (we were able to do simultaneous Zoom calls with no issue). Enrique and his team were super responsive when we needed help.

Merci Rosa pour toutes vos attentions. Le logement est parfait, cosy et très bien équipé (que ce soit l'électroménager, les condiments de base, thé, café, gel douche, crème pour le corps…). C’est très appréciable.

We loved Ramón’s apartment! The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to public transport. The balcony was also perfect to chill. We would love to stay here again!

Alles gut. Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hatte mit einiges Tipps rund um Barcelona aufzuwarten. Die Wohnung könnte mit normalen Schlüssel oder mit einem digitalen Doorkey betreten werden. Dachterrasse ruhig wie auch das Viertel. Strand fußläufig. Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Rosa war eine super Gastgeberin die für uns immer erreichbar war. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders die tolle Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gab es überall. Auch eine Bus- und Metro-Station war direkt vor der Tür, so dass wir alle für uns wichtigen Punkte innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten damit erreichen konnten. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.

모든 것이 좋았습니다. 평안하고 아름다운 숙소에서 즐거운 휴식을 누렸습니다. 주변에 맛있는 빵집, 마켓, 식당등 편리한 시설을 잘 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다시 바르셀로나를 여행할 기회가 온다면 다시 이곳을 선택하겠습니다.

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for us to explore Barcelona on foot. We felt very safe and comfortable, while right in the middle of a busy shopping street. Our host was responsive and friendly.

Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Sehr gute Lage (20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand); viele nette Restaurants in der Umgebung; Metro-Station in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Roger war sehr flexibel und hat uns viele sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

David's accommodation was great for our little family with friends to stay over. Access to Badolana beach was very convenient and the host was very responsive whenever we reached out for suggestions om restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone and would come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

This by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in an amazing setting.
