You don't even need the car here. But there are also great excursions: Zermatt, Saas-fee, the longest suspension bridge, Sion, Leukerbad... even Italy is not far away.

Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. Our apartment is called Lauberhorn, located in Lauterbrunnen, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the jungfrau UNESCO world heritage. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. You will stay in the top floor underneath the traditional chalet style wooden roof. From the balcony, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the swiss mountains and you will hear nothing but cowbells and some birds singing :)

The Chalet "Wasserfallhüsli" is centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and probably offers the most spectacular view in all of Lauterbrunnen. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.
