Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Graça

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gemütliches Haus mit eigenem Pool, fußläufig (schon einige Minuten) zum breiten Strand; wer die paar hundert Meter nicht laufen mag, kann auch mit dem Wagen (Parken vor dem Haus möglich) auf einen der zahlreichen Strandparkplätze fahren. Auto (ggf Mietwagen) ist zu empfehlen, da die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr eher gering ist, und man eigentlich für alle Aktivitäten (außer dem direkten Strand) ein Auto braucht. Nach Lissabon Zentrum unter einer halbe Stunde Fahrt (außer zur Rush-hour, da kann es auch mehr als eine Stunde dauern). Die Kommunikation mit den netten Carlas ist schnell und unkompliziert, es geht auch über Whats-App, und Englisch wird perfekt gesprochen und verstanden, Probleme werden sofort angegangen und gelöst. Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit der Nähe einer attraktiven Großstadt verbinden will, den Schwerpunkt aber mehr auf den Strand legt.

Cuando llegamos João nos estaba esperando y fue muy amable, indicándonos dónde comer, que hacer, cómo movernos por la zona para aprovechar el tiempo. La casa nos gustó mucho, muy limpia, las camas cómodas, una barbacoa que disfrutamos un par de días. Sentimos que estábamos en una casa familiar. Muy buena experiencia, la recomiendo.

Superbe maison, avec beaucoup d’espace et un magnifique jardin. 30 minutes de route de Lisbonne centre, très proche des plages (5min) et près que chemin de balade super sympa. Top pour les familles, merci à Suzanna pour son accueil et ce confortable logement.

Loved staying here. A fantastic place to stay with family/ friends ! The place is big and lovely. The pool is lovely. They have a bbq there lots of kids toys to keep lil ones busy. The place was clean The host was lovely very kind always responsive.

We stayed there almost three months and it felt like home. Service we received was next level and complete freedom. Area is good and peaceful with lush green views from windows. A Ana e o Paulo foram incríveis. O apartamento é delicioso, espaçoso, tem um fim de tarde com um sol aconchegante. Indico de olhos fechados. Aluguei para os meus pais e eles adoraram. Lugar silencioso, prédio familiar, tem lavanderia em frente. Realmente superou as expectativas. Sugiro apenas que tenha mais roupa de cama, pois sempre tinham que ir a lavanderia. Ancozinha super equipada, limpa, organizada, banheiro, quartos, sala espaçosos. Um ambiente realmente acolhedor. As fotos imprimem o que realmente é o apartamento. Obrigada Ana e Paulo, espero alugar novamente em breve para os meus pais ♥️🙏🏻

This studio apartment was perfect while I stayed in town for a few days visiting friends. Very lovely neighborhood near the yellow line, and within walking distance of a grocery store and several little cafes. Host was great, and responsive. Loved that there was a washer AND dryer to make laundry easy before the next leg of my trip.

I enjoyed staying there and felt at home and peace of mind. As a person you would expect everything to be 100% but it has been the best place I stayed since I joined Airbnb.

si vous ne souhaitez pas loger dans Lisbonne mais à proximité immédiate, ce logement est fait pour vous. situé à proximité de la gare, de la N6 qui vous conduira vers Lisbonne ou Cascais et Estorril (très jolie route à préfèrer à l'autoroute urbaine), il offre tout le confort nécessaire et une sublime vue sur l'estuaire du Tage et Lisbonne. la terrasse est particulièrement bienvenue pour de magnifiques matins ensoleillés. un très bel endroit.

Great place in the back of all the buildings so we had views of grass, trees and other surroundings. Easy to find parking and even a garage wad offered, but we didn't need to use it. Maria was very friendly and described everything perfectly. It's basically an apartment building so you could hear other guests, but it wasn't too distracting or annoying.

The flat has amazing views, but as correctly advertised, it is a climb up from Rossio Square, followed by steep stairs up to the 3rd floor. The flat is very comfortable and everything including ac is in perfect working order. In all other AirBnBs we have stayed in, we have always had some basics provided and very often a small welcoming gift such as a welcome bottle of water or wine. Here, we did not even have basic essentials such as salt and pepper, sugar or kitchen rolls. It is something that future guests may like to bring with them. We also recommended to the owners that a safety deposit box should be provided.

Great stay All the little extras that make a stay amazing. Wine, beer, juice, water, fruits, Natas!. Dish washer tabs & washing machine tabs. Things like that really make you feel at home & welcome. Place is a lovely size, bathrooms clean & plenty of towels. All in all 5 🌟

Excellente semaine chez Marcelo. Lui et sa fille ont été extrêmement bienveillants dès notre arrivée. Le petit panier garni en guise de bienvenue est geste vraiment appréciable. Le logement en lui-même est tout simplement parfait, je n'ai rien à ajouter, tout y est. Et la piscine est un vrai plus. Les supermarchés sont à proximité. Les plages aussi. Le centre de Lisbonne est à 15/20mins en voiture, mais il faut franchir le pont et la circulation peut parfois poser un peu souci. Dans tous les cas, si je reviens un jour à Lisbonne, je reviendrai dans la maison de Marcelo les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement.

Perfect house for a family and friends. Very close to central Lisbon and the beach. Tristan and the housekeeper always responded promptly to my questions. Strongly recommend staying at this house when visiting Lisbon with your family or friends.

Wir waren mit den Großeltern und Kindern zu neun in Lissabon und haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für große Gruppen drei Bädern und ausreichend Schlafzimmern mit gutem Betten sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und der Esszimmer Tisch ist riesig. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, propre, spacieuse et correctement équipée. Un séjour enchanteur : maison dans une station balnéaire à 30min de Lisbonne, à 45min des incroyables et magnifiques plages de sable blanc et sans vagues, proches de Setubal (Figueirinha, Troia), à 45min de la côte sauvage de l'ouest et de Sintra, bref un emplacement idéal. La literie est bonne, le minimum nécessaire en cuisine est là, le WiFi fonctionne bien, le patio extérieur est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer sur la petite place derrière la maison, et, si besoin, le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus. L'environnement est inattendu (immeubles), mais quand on est dans la maison, on se sent vraiment bien : un vrai cocon. A noter : un supermarché à 2 pas et une délicieuse petite poissonnerie, sur la place derrière la maison. Seul petit bémol : la rue étant perpendiculaire à un boulevard, on entend bien le bruit des voitures, jusqu'à environ 23h (après, il y a moins de circulation)

What a wonderful property, one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was perfect for our 2-year-old, who loved playing in the garden, and it was the ideal base for our day trips to Lisbon and the surrounding area. The beach and nearby bars/restaurants are also great. Thanks to Antonio and Fatima for being such fantastic hosts!
