Both are exclusively for your use. 🏡 Privacy & Space You'll have the entire upper floor to yourselves – your private area includes all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The ground floor remains empty and is not shared, but you can use the shower bathroom downstairs if desired. The house and the garden is not shared with other guests – enjoy peace, privacy, and space all to yourselves.

Do you want to make a fire yourself and enjoy the cozy warmth of the tiled stove? Alternatively, electric radiators also provide heat. In a few minutes you can be on the slopes in winter or enjoy a refreshment in Lake Walen in summer. The surrounding area also offers many opportunities for hiking, biking and much more.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Detached vacation home at 1150 m above sea level with private parking. It has two bedrooms, one of which is open,so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Living and dining room are combined with a cozy sofa and armchair including TV. The fireplace (only heated with) provides cozy warmth. Kitchen well equipped. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/toilet. Ideal starting point for hiking and skiing days and also for biking Indoor pool nearby

Quiet location with the best views - surrounded by nature. The house is located on the Gamserberg at 975 meters above sea level adjacent to my farm. With beautiful views of the St. Galler Rhine Valley and all around the beautiful mountain scenery. Ground floor: kitchen with wood-burning stove for heating, large living room, terrace and entrance. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms.
