Die Wohnung ist in Latschau gelegen, viele Attraktionen wie die Golmerbahn mit Rutschenpark, Alpin Coaster, Rodelbahn, Skigebiet Golm, Flying Fox, Hochseilgarten und Kletterfels sind in nur ca. fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, mit einer gültigen Ski- oder Fußgängerkarte im Winter kann das komplette Verkehrsnetz zum Zweck des Wintersports/-wanderns gratis genutzt werden. Somit können alle Ortschaften und Skigebiete im Montafon erreicht werden.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Our newly renovated holiday home is situated in a large idyllic tree garden in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and ski runs. In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, lots of space, cosy seating areas, comfortable beds and a successful mixture of old and new await you - the ideal place for your family holiday or vacation with friends.
