Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Sophie's house is great, comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equiped with everything you need to settle in quickly, cook nice meals and relax in the house or outside on the lovely patio. The setting is beautiful right beside the river in a quiet residential part of Palavas. Its a quick walk to food, souvenir and clothes shops, markets, great restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a helpful host and we really enjoyed our visit.

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

A little piece of heaven! Big favorite for me, atypical and warm decor, beautiful exterior, what you need on site for children. Location close to beaches, tourist towns... Patricia is adorable. Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Daniel our host was so helpful and made our stay very special. The kitchen is great to cook in and accommodates many chefs. Very relaxing and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is lovely. There were 9 of us and we had a great time. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our ice cream in the freezer😢!

Romain's accommodation is a haven of peace located in the beautiful Montpellier hinterland. Close to the city and medieval villages, hills, the beach or wilder swimming spots, it's the perfect place to please everyone. As far as the welcome is concerned, I did not have the chance to meet Romain, but he was extremely available by phone to make our stay easier from every point of view. I thank him warmly.

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table… The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. We would definitely recommend the listing.

Great stay at a lovely villa

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came for a weekend with friends. We had a great time. The house is incredible, everything is there for a wonderful vacation. You can go there without so much as a second thought. The accommodation is very clean. Thank you very much

Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with three children under three! The outside area is beautiful. The pool provided lots of amusement, there was everything we needed with travel cots, a high chair and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need! The location is lovely - a safe residential area in walking distance to bakeries and the park. As well as plenty to do within a short drive.

Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly, the house is superb and well furnished, the environment is ideal for those who like walks in the woods with their dog 5 minutes from the house. And the weather was ideal or even unexpected during this Christmas season. Thank you again for your hospitality and generosity, the Christmas tree was very much appreciated by the whole family.🎅

Well-appointed and comfortable house for 6 people. The pool is also lovely. Two of the private bathrooms of the two large bedrooms upstairs are only accessible by crossing the bedrooms, which can make access less convenient for those staying in the bedroom without a bathroom with the two single beds. It's a detail, but it must be taken into account when organizing the stay. In addition, the road near the house is busy during rush hours so it can be a little noisy even if it remains reasonable. It's all about the frame of reference. Overall very nice accommodation, comfortable, well-equipped and pleasant, and in particular thanks to the well-equipped exteriors. If I go back to Montpellier I will definitely come back to Karine's!

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!
