We are renting out a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Enjoy the nature and culture of Schwerin in this quiet yet centrally located apartment with its own outdoor sauna, terrace, spacious garden and magnificent 1st row view of Lake Schwerin. Completed in 2023, the accommodation is barrier-free and has its own parking space, free Wi-Fi, TV in living rooms and bedrooms, Internet radio, rain shower, infrared seat, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.

For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with open access to the bright and spacious living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have several doors to the garden. Upstairs are 3 spacious and lovingly furnished bedrooms.
