Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations.
