We are less than 100 m from the sea, the apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden. It is 30 m2 and consists of a main room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation has been completely renovated, floors, paintings, etc... and passionate about flea markets, decoration and DIY, we keep making improvements. Listening to feedback from our guests, we just put in a new mattress.

Very welcoming hosts. Great and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the greenway offers you a perfect bike getaway. The "train marin" activity is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

I've been to a lot of Airbnbs, but Dominique's apartment on the old harbor of Granville was super. Perfect location and parking in front of the door. After check-in the next morning, she brought a baguette and fresh croissants. Bottle of cider upon arrival. In the apartment, everything was really present, if you want to cook, you lack nothing. South-facing location with the sun all day. Good restaurants next door, but still everything is very quiet in the apartment. Except for the seagulls that loudly announce the arrival of the fishing boats, but that was also the great charm for us.

This is the first time we've come here and we're very happy. The garden is so fenced in the front and back that even our little dog couldn't find a way to escape. The location is great and the equipment absolutely sufficient, even if you cook a lot like we do. If we can, we will come back without hesitation.

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys available for children. They had a good time, we felt at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

Heated pool was a luxury and when the weather was a bit cooler we made most of it. Plenty of places to explore all around. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful break. Great hosts, beautiful place, a home away from home.

We had a lovely weekend at Anne-Sophie's, her house is very pretty and even more spacious than in the photos, tastefully renovated. The garden is also very nice, a very relaxing green setting. Finally, the house is ideally located in a natural environment and close to the beach of Anneville-sur-mer. An address to remember for a future Normandy trip.

A very nice, brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is a 20-minute drive, Saint Paire sur Mer is a 15-minute walk. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

The house is ideally located, close to shops and the beach. Christelle is a lovely, responsive and very professional host, always available to respond quickly to our messages.
