A truly fantastic place to stay. Exceptionally well stocked apartment with absolutely everything you would need for a long or short stay. Close to lots of restaurants, but well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. Beautiful terrace for dining, both undercover and outside. Host Viky is charming and friendly and could not be more helpful. We hope to return another time.

The apartment is fantastic. It is even more beautiful than the pictures and you immediately feel comfortable when you enter it. It is very stylishly decorated and the terrace is really a dream. However, you have to be aware that the complex is located in one of the tourist hotspots on Crete. The advantage is that it is located at the very beginning of the street, so that even on the terrace you do not notice much of all the hustle and bustle. Opposite was a small beach section without sun loungers and parasols which fortunately could be used to spend time on the beach. You don't notice anything on the terrace and have absolute peace to relax. The terrace is built in such a way that it cannot be seen by others. We spent 12 wonderful days there. Eva welcomed us warmly and also provided a few delicacies for the reception. Fruit, bread, cheese and sausage so that you could relax after your arrival. Thank you very much.

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

What a find!!! We just loved our stay here. Mel’s place is so quirky and fun. Fotini her local helper was such a lovely person - she helped us with everything we needed. It’s a little walk into town but the terrace and peaceful surrounds make up for that!

Four days wasn't enough. It was a beautiful time very relaxing. Close to all the restaurants and night life and beach. If you have a rental car they tell you the best beaches to go to the online that not that far of drive. They are responsive and cater to all your needs

Together with my wife and daughter I really did enjoy our stay at Elenis Apartment! We had to leave Crete earlier than expected (due to some private stuff). Eleni was very understanding and accepted our request of shortening the stay. We got a refund of 3 days which was very accommodating!! The flat got everything you need, we spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the sea. The beach close by is nice and quiet. The next restaurant is in walking distance of 25minutes, we do recommend a rental car though.

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A beautiful terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with all the amenities you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with all the amenities you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our vacation well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and enough for lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big +: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches...) and her constant availability and speed to respond during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. Good starting point for traveling.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

I was in a challenging situation when my initial booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in. Due to a lung disability, staying in a hotel where smoking is allowed wasn't an option. In urgent need of accommodation, I requested this beautiful house at the last minute. Christine responded within minutes and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The house exceeded all expectations. Christine has created a tranquil haven with exceptional interior design, easy-to-clean tiled floors, and beautifully fitted furniture. Modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and state-of-the-art hob, made my stay comfortable. The kitchen has high-quality cookware and spices, showing Christine's thoughtful consideration of her guests' needs. The saltwater pool and provided yoga mats made exercising in the sea breeze a delight. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe. Christine’s hospitality and the serene environment made this an ideal retreat- highly recommend it!

Had a great visit! Thank you for your warm welcome, as well as your responsiveness and flexibility. The airbnb is very well located: about 20-25 min from Heraklion by car and 10 min from the center of Hersonissos, not being transported I moved by bus or taxi, there is a stop right in front of the accommodation (at the zorbas village hotel) or another stop about 15-20 minutes walk. It's better to have a car to get around, go shopping because the airbnb is a little out of the way, there is no hypermarket nearby on foot, it's a tourist area with lots of hotels, the molo cafe opposite offers free sunbeds. The location is very nice and safe, on the other hand there is a lot of bus, taxis, cars but which is not too disturbing. The sea is right in front not even 2 minutes away, the view from the garden is great (over the sea and the mountains). The place is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay again.

Olga and her family are very kind people. The hospitality is exemplary. Her mom Helene prepared Greek specialties for us for the duration of our stay. Through her knowledge we were also able to attend shows of typical dances of the region. I recommend this destination without any issues. We will also go back to deepen our discovery of this Greek island.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

The host are super nice, always respond to app and ask if all is well (She had even baked brownies for us). In addition, the apartment is quite spacious and every room has air conditioning. The balconies are very nice to start the day with a beautiful view. The bathroom is also great, with a rain shower and even a washing machine. In addition, everything was clean and well arranged.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

We had a really great stay at Hersonissos. The apartment was in a perfect position in the town and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue for me was having mobility issues the stairs were hard work, but I knew that was going to be the case and it was not misrepresented at all. So just be wary if you’re the same, but being extra careful to get up to the top sundeck was definitely worth it for the views - thank you!

Wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Nikos and his father were there whenever we needed them and very attentive. Highly Recommended, as is Nikos restaurant, Libre, the best on the beach by a long way!
