Niko was a great host. As soon as we arrived, he helped us with our luggage and show us around the house. Parking is right out front on the street in a very quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés along the beach or the main road that are walking distance, but on hot days take a car. I would definitely recommend staying here the house is modern and perfect for families or friends who want a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Amazing experience! First, the location is very good: 10 min away from Watercity, 25 min away from Amazonia’s Park, 15 min away from Heraklion Second: the house is fully equipped, you got everything you need: kitchen tools, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, along with clean towels, beach towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel (just to understand the real hospitality, we stayed in a 4 stars hotel and got the same shower gel), not to say the yard, where you can find sunbeds, shower, a water hose, a big table, umbrella, and so on Third: the house is very well set up: you got external blinds for every window/door in the house, including kitchen and living room, so you don’t get disturbed by the light, and also the temperature doesn’t increase during the day. The house has a very efficient ventilation system also. And the blinds are electric, you don’t even bother to pull them up or down One day we’ve got into trouble, and Sissi immediately helped us Totally recommend

It was amazing to stay with Ioannis and Haris! 1) over the house: perfect! * spacious rooms. In the living room and in the bedrooms air conditioning. Blissful! * Beautiful terraces! * Very beautiful garden with organic vegetables 2) Reception/communication: perfect! * Beautiful attentions (bottles of water in the fridge, sandwiches on arrival, wide range of desserts, beach toys and bath towel for our son...) * The host arranged to make sure everything was ok. Very friendly!! 3) Location: perfect! * Ideal home base to explore the island, both east, west, or south. * Just 1 minute walk to the beach/sea. * Lots of nice restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. * also renting cars and bikes can all happen. (Multiple rental companies can be reached within a walking distance). A top holiday at a top host at a top location! Highly recommended!

Fanourios’s place was lovely! We were 10 people in total and the place was perfect! We spent 10 days in the property and the place has everything you need. Kitchen was good equipped. Quite location not to far from the beach. He also surprised us with fresh fruit, water, juice and cookies at our check in, a very appreciated detail for us as we arrived 03:00am. I can definitely recommend Fanourios place!

Modern and very private. Perfect if you have a car. Very spacious, great kitchen for the cooks. Idyllic olive trees, close drive to supermarkets and beach. Adorable neighborhood cat. Large bathroom by Greek standards. Beautiful patio and bougainvillea tree. Will come back!

Our stay at this villa was great for our large group, including two toddlers. Host Nikos welcomed us with a stocked fridge and pantry (milk, water, juice, cereal, bread, pastries), setting the tone for an amazing stay. Nikos was always available through offering exceptional communication, and ready to recommend anything we needed. Convenience is key here, with two bakeries a short 5-minute walk away and a small mini market just 4 minutes on foot. For sightseeing, we used "Private Grouse Drive Sense". Our driver, Panagiotis, provided us with a true white-glove experience – from the luxurious van he drove to his proactive communication, punctuality, and thoughtful recommendations. It truly made our trips comfortable and utterly unforgettable. Panagiotis even helped us with transportation options in Santorini and Athens, making our entire trip exceptionally smooth. Overall, our stay was incredible, and the private driver service elevated our experience. Highly recommended!
