Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Every about the place was wonderful, and as described. The kitchen was fully kitted out (3 different ways to make coffee!) and we were able to make two meals a day there with no problem. The little terrace was used every day for evening drinks and nibbles. Parking was no problem and the local area provided wonderful places to eat, shop, walk and even run. We were close to all the villages of Provence that we wanted to visit (Grasse, Vence, etc) and even popping over to Nice for a day, or the lovely village of Eze, was within easy range by car. Excellent shower and even a washing machine for our laundry. No complaints at all and we'd highly recommend.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Wir haben eine Woche in Ivana's wunderschöner Unterkunft verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse, der Ausblick und der Pool sind himmlisch und perfekt für Erholung. Es waren sehr bequeme neue Möbel auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr modern und komfortabel: automatische Lüftung, Klima, elektrische Rolläden und Markisen. Auch das Induktionskochfeld hat mich gefreut, da man hier sehr schnell kochen kann. Unsere Kinder mochten den großen weitläufigen Garten mit Pool, die Hühner und den Ausblick auch sehr. Die ganze Familie von Ivana ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht, u.a. eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wanderung in der Schlucht von Verdon. Es war rundum ein perfekter Familienurlaub für uns. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen... auch wenn die Straße zum Haus eng ist ☺️, aber wenn man langsam fährt ist das alles kein Problem.

We stayed a week in Anne's place and had a great time! The appartment looks super nice with a great view and comfy bed. It also has literally everything you might need and more, which made it so convenient! The village itself is also beautiful to walk around and great to stay in. Many restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would totally recommend 😊

Amélie's place was perfect for us, just as it appears in the photos. We were there without a car and were able to walk into St Paul de Vence via a pretty path to the side of the road, and catch the bus to places that were further afield from the nearby bus stop. We loved the view from the terrace.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - very close to the beach, restaurants and shops for all provisions. The host was very responsive and even dropped off some goodies on our first morning! The apartment was very comfortable and there were lots of useful additions for the beach, such as towels, parasol, beach mat, chair and body board! We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

We're a family of four, parents and two young adult children. The apartment was great for us. Everybody had their own room, and two bathrooms meant no fighting over it. The apartment was spacious and pleasant to be in. The kitchen had everything that we needed + a boulangerie a few steps away and a super market 5 minutes away. While we never actually met Kevin, he was responsive over the chat and his answers were always very detailed and clear. All in all we were very pleased with our experience.

Kevin and Steven are truly wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warmth made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is stunning, situated in an incredible location. It’s spacious, with two beautifully decorated bedrooms and even an office space, but it's also a comforting retreat that feels like a true sanctuary. Our entire stay was made so enjoyable thanks to the thoughtful touches and care from the hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a fantastic experience!

Daniel es un excelente anfitrión, respondió todas mis preguntas y rápido, además que en el departamento hay diversos panfletos de cosas que hacer en Grasse (la fabrica de perfumes está solo a unas calles) El lugar está un poco lejos de la estación (30 min a pie) pero hay buses y los horarios se encuentran en el departamento. También encontré la calle un poco ruidosa, nada que unos tapones para oídos no puedan solucionar!

We had an amazing stay in Vence. Greg was a great host, had lots of very helpful tips and recommendations. The place was spotless and clean. The pool area was amazing and we enjoyed the wee courtyard area outside the apartment.

El lugar es muy lindo. Philip es muy amable y preparó todo para nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. Recomiendo totalmente que se queden con el si van a Mónaco

An ideal location for our Rosé road trip! Lorgues centre is a 5 min walk, and has some lovely wine bars and restaurants, and a Tuesday market that’s well worth a visit. So many things to see and do in the wider area, but for us it was all about the Rosé. Maison Mirabeau in the lovely Cotignac a 30 min drive west, Chateau D’Esclans and Chateau Des Demoiselles and its excellent food truck a 30 min drive east. Susy is a super responsive host, and the pool is a real bonus!

Quasi neuf, lumineux, bien équipé, bien placé. Hôte réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons apprécié bcp apprécié ce moment de 3 jours dans le cadre d’un mariage.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!
