The view from the terrace is exactly like the pictures, except in person it is truly awe inspiring. Our host’s assistant, Dani, was so helpful and super responsive and friendly. The location is great. Right in the center of everything and all you have to do is find your way to the Arc d’Triomph and the apt is one block away. This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had. So clean and comfortable. And Barcelona? We should have stayed at least twice as long!

Our stay at Charles’s apartment was excellent! The whole building and the apartment very striking in design, with everything you need at your fingertips. We spent time each day on the beautiful patio enjoying the sun and relaxing, my favorite part! Kitchen and bathrooms were well done and stocked with what you need, including a nice bottle of wine and coffee, thank you! The quiet neighborhood was an excellent refuge from the very busy Old Town, with lots of restaurant and cafe options. Would never stay anywhere else, loved it!! Book it, totally recommend! Similar to other reviews--not a quiet place but fine for sleeping, clean and comfortable but most importantly, great location! We walked almost everywhere and easy access to grocery store, market, restaurants, metro, etc.

Nice place. In the middle of everything walking distance to whatever you need. Is in the center of everything so it is noisy throughout nights if you don't mind it. Overall great stay

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. We were able to walk to lots of places and the local transport was very easy. It was clean and comfortable with amazing views over the city. The balcony was great.

We had such a great stay at this place! The apartment is super cozy and full of character – it felt like a little retreat tucked away in the middle of the city. The terrace was a total highlight. We spent a lot of time out there just relaxing and taking in the views. The location is fantastic. You're close to everything but still feel like you have your own quiet spot. There are tons of great places to eat and grab coffee nearby, and it’s easy to get around from there. Everything was really clean and well set up when we arrived. You can tell the host has put a lot of thought into making it comfortable. Also, they were super helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again – it made our trip to Barcelona extra special.

Diego was an incredible host! He met us at the door at ten pm, showed us his lovely apartment, and gave us recommendations for food we could get that evening and the next day. It was obvious that he truly loved the neighborhood, and my sister and I both immediately wished we were staying with him longer. The day we checked out was also a major blackout and Spain, and although we had already left he reached out to make sure we were ok. A lovely man and a lovely Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home and had everything we needed for a week long visit. The location was ideal to explore Barcelona. Raul was an exceptional host, nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful and responsive.. it was like having your own tour guide. Thanks so much for having us. Marita’s place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I’s stay in Barcelona. The building was nice and secure. The flat was clean and the outside terrace is a nice touch. As far as location, the location is great! Walkable to many restaurants and supermarkets if you need. It was also walkable to the Boqueria and if you’re up for a little bit more of a challenge, walkable to the cathedral and Park Guell. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

A beautiful and spacious apartment, full of character with all necessary amenities, in a quiet street, perfectly located in the eixample area. Marta was very nice and extremely helpful with anything a traveler to BCN needs - instructions regarding the apartment, recommendations, allowed for a very late checkin, etc. We were at the city during the big blackout on April 28th and helped us a lot - she came at night with her daughter to the apartment and brought us a lantern and candles, offered us food, updated us on the matter and more. She is a perfect host.

Het is de tweede keer dat we gebruik hebben gemaakt van de diensten van Aspasios en wederom is het ons prima bevallen. De accomodatie is altijd super schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Dit keer in Barcelona beviel uitermate goed, ook vanwege de ligging. De aansluitingen met openbaar vervoer zijn heel dichtbij. Diverse goede restaurants voor zowel ontbijt als avondeten zijn in de directe omgeving op loopafstand en zijn erg goed. Het appartement is erg goed voorzien van allerlei luxe. Zelfs een wasmachine en een volledig ingerichte keuken. De bedden liggen comfortabel en er is een airco die 's nachts geen herrie maakt, heerlijk! Ons appartement had een leuk balkon dat uitkijkt op de markt. Erg leuk, een aanrader!

Staying at Diana’s place in El Born was wonderful. The location, the view, and the hosts were top tier. We were greeted with a very thorough and passionate intro to the airbnb and the city. We were also given some homemade cava and appetizers, which was a great touch. There are quite a few stairs up, but it is worth every step to enjoy a cerveza on the patio looking over the plaza. This was easily the highlight of the stay. The location was also wonderful with lots to do nearby and easy access to the metro. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is perfectly located for visiting many of the places of interest. These were in walking distance which is important to us as we like to walk a city rather than use transport. The apartment is spacious and light. We would highly recommend it to other travellers. Elizabeth

Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

El apartamento estuvo perfecto, en todos los sentidos, bastante grande nos hospedamos 6 adultos y utilizamos todos los equipos (lavadora, tv, regadera, estufa, refrigerador) todo impecable!

This is a wonderful apartment and Jon was a fabulous host! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and we loved sipping coffee on the terrace in the mornings. The location is also convenient and centrally located to many destinations. Jon's restaurant recommendations were terrific too -- he knows good food! We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends who visit Barcelona.
