Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

Highly recommend, Sergio very good men, you can check in at any time, just inform him in advice about your arriving time, the apartment was very clean, all like in offer, very good location, 25 minutes walk to centre, in area 400m big markets, and restaurants, also Sergio can give and advise how to spend time in Zadar, how plan your vacation, which place you should visit, and when. Everything was perfect!

Truely spotless and neat apartement with a great balcony & view over the sea and mountains! Really quiet house, super efficient AC and good bed & pillows- we slept so well. Coffee machine and cereal bowls were great as we like to have slow breakfasts on holidays. Bars and grocery store just around the corner, walking distance from the shopping area. Luka was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. If I’ll come back to Rijeka, I know, where to stay. Thanks for making our holiday special!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Nice apartment at a stone's throw from the marine (and a short walk to the beach). Various nice restaurants nearby, including some great places for sunset dinners!

Had a lovely stay here. Place was very clean and host was kind and responsive. Right next to the train station that takes you to Split. It would be worth renting a car to visit the beautiful nature parks.

The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Thomas from the real estate agency is very kind and really helpful, and the owner is the same. Really a 5-star stay! Really a stay

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely beautiful! two girls went away on a girly trip. Accommodation was perfect, safe neighbourhood, safety locking on all doors made us feel really comfortable. Very peaceful, incredibly done! Hats off to Josipa. Amazing job and we will return 110%. Despite the weather raining which was highly unusual we were told from the locals we felt at home with Netflix, snacks etc. Balcony was perfect for early morning reading, sunbathing, swimming. Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Alenka is a super host, everything was very good and we felt at home.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
