The place is totally amazing and peaceful. Since the demographics has poor cellular network you get to disconnect from the chaos of the city life. The property is nestled with pure air and cool water and amazing weather and also gardening all around. The caretakers and the chefs were also amazing and cook delicious vegetarian food. Overall a good family spot to relax.

Staying at this homestay was a long-pending plan, and I’m so glad I finally made it happen! I first came across this place in a YouTube video last year and was instantly drawn to its stunning location. Seeing it in person was even better—it’s truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature. The host, Parag, is an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person. I really appreciate the way he has thoughtfully designed the entire space. As soon as you enter through the gate, a long road leads you toward the homestay, just like the houses we used to draw in our childhood. The property is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with banana, supari, and coconut trees, along with a variety of beautiful flowers. It feels like stepping into a dream home. I visited for my kid’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. The place offers serenity, the kind of peaceful atmosphere you’d expect from an ideal getaway. If you’re looking for a place to unwind amidst nature, this is the perfect retreat!

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

beautiful place, you will have to take a ferry which is like 500 rupees for a car one way. cottages are clean, food is home grown and the cooks are too good. clean kitchen, the whole family works together and I loved the whole atmosphere. there is one uncle who takes care of the place, he is too sweet and helpful. I felt like meeting my Nana ji. location is bang on, it's a river bank and this river is only within maharashtra.

Vikrant's place felt like home the moment I stepped in. His parents are like the uncle and aunty living next door. They are warm and welcoming. Mr. Kolape is a good conversationalist with interesting stories to share. Mrs. Kolape is a good cook; served me a simple traditional delicious meal for dinner. Vikrant wasn't there, but he was in touch over the phone. His instructions to reach his home were precise and simple. If you come here during monsoon like I did, there is going to be some dampness in the room, some insects in the bathroom and lot of mosquitoes in the room. Luckily, I was carrying a mosquito net. That helped. Also, during monsoon, the rains batter the place and one may feel that the place needs some maintenance. That said, monsoon is a great time to be here, the surroundings are clean, green and magical. There's peace and quiet that one rarely gets to experience, especially if living in an urban setting. Despite some rough edges, the place is good for a couple of days.

We had a great stay at Swapnaja her place. It is a nice house with everything you need. We had a pickup from the station which was very convenient. We’ve rented a two wheeler from the neighbours so we could explore the surroundings. We stayed for 2 nights but this could easily have been 4 or 5 with all nice beaches and temples to explore. Plus: her aunt makes the best food which we enjoyed every morning and evening!

We stayed in the Sapphire Room for 3 nights and absolutely loved every moment of it! 🌿 The views were simply breathtaking — waking up to the scenery each morning felt like a dream. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making our stay super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always just a message away if we needed anything. It was the perfect mix of peace, nature, and comfort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views. Would definitely love to come back again💚

Well we were finding the place for family which is near to beach and this is the place. Villa was exactly the same as shown in pics. Neat and clean. Mr. Ganesh is very responsive and make sure you have comfortable stay. The villa is near to Ganpatipule Temple and Many attractive places. Very peaceful place and decent amenities. Caretaker Mr. Ramane and family are very helpful. They serve Good homely food and that too in ample quantity. Over all I will recommend this place to everyone who are visiting Ratnagiri.
