The appartement is in the middle of the Kotor Bay. By car it takes 10 minutes to Tivat and to Kotor. The flat is 70 meters away from the sea. At the entry you'll have a great terasse and a small balcony with a fantastic View. Here you will find a bedroom, an open kitchen with a living room. There you will find a sofa bed. The appartement got his own bathroom with a shower cabine . It's perfect for two persons with a dog or for a Family with two kids. You can park your car in front of the house.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were welcomed by a young girl who did not speak much English, but gave us all the basic information, and later we met both Biljana and Milan. The staff is at your disposal pretty much all the time, and were extremely helpful. Milan helped us get a ride to Budva and gave good advise for getting a teliable taxi back, and also advised us on parking in Sveti Stefan. We had dinner on our last night and the dishes we had were excellent. We kind of had our own private sunset restaurant. The kitchen is not for cooking (no frying things) but more for heating meals and cold snacks, but it was enough for us. Great AC, cleaning every day, enough towels. Breakfast is 15e if you want it. Easy parking. Nothing is walking distance but only short drives to get around. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I think in a fancy place like this you need to have nice people for it to feel like home, and here the staff really gave it the final perfect touch.

A large terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, offering unobstructed views of the sparkling blue sea and surrounding mountainous landscape. An awning provides shade, inviting relaxation in this tranquil outdoor space. Reflections of the mountains can be seen on the water's surface.

The house we stayed in was beautiful, with the advantage of having air conditioning in every room and common area. Reaching the sea was very easy. The balcony was spacious and had an impressive view. Mikhail is a very good host, responding very quickly and resolving any issues immediately.

The exterior of the building is framed by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, including blooming hydrangeas. A palm tree stands prominently beside a parked car, with stone steps leading up to the entrance of the residence, creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere.

We had such a memorable stay at Andrija's apartment! The views from all of the windows and the patio were stunning. The apartment was light, airy and sparkling clean. We slept well in the comfortable beds. I'd highly recommend Gudco Apartments and an overnight (or two) in Perast.

The living room features stone walls and two large windows that provide a view of the sparkling sea. A chandelier hangs from the ceiling, and elegant seating is arranged around a wooden coffee table, creating a space for relaxation and enjoyment.
