The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

The apartment is located in the attic of the house, consisting of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace that has a panoramic view of the bay, the Karinsko Sea, the Zrmanja River Canyon and the beautiful Velebit. The property has a parking lot and a gazebo with a barbecue where you can have a nice time. There is also a room with a washing machine available in the gazebo. The shop and restaurant are 20 m from the property. The Zrmanja River waterfalls are 20 km away, Starigrad-Paklenica 50 km, Zadar 35 km

Robinson house Mare

Spend your vacation in the Mare Robinson Crusoe house and experience unreal moments surrounded by untouched nature and crystal clear sea. The cottage is located in a secluded area in the bay of Doca on the island of Murter, in complete isolation. The house cannot be reached by car but on foot (10 min walk from the parking lot in the Kosirina camp). Vacation means solitude, the smell of nature, a beautiful view, no crowds, noise or traffic. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds.

Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.
