In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

The apartment on our farm of life in Wendland has been expanded from an ecological point of view. The many clay walls ensure an incomparable indoor climate, the view from the window reaches to the horizon. Waddeweitz is located in the middle of the Wendland-Elbe Nature Park and is surrounded by a diverse, beautiful landscape. On the paddles, our horses, goats and sheep graze, which can be visited by appointment. The landscape invites you to (cycling)hiking and exploring.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Our first vacation rental is located in the front half of the former cow stable. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area can be complemented by a cozy sofa bed. Additional single beds can be provided. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Our second listing, the Eulennest, is next to it and can be booked for large groups.

From Hamburg by train to Dannenberg (from both destinations I offer a shuttle service to Dömitz.)

Unser HyggeHus ist rauch- und haustierfrei.

The Tinyhouse Rosa stands together with its four sister houses on a lovingly designed garden property which may be used by all guests. This house has a sofa bed that can be used by a third person/child if needed.
