Studio is well furnished with double bed, fold out bed (extra charge), 2 str sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. Laundry facilities are available and can be accessed subject to prior arrangement with Peter or Lisa.

10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for a visit to Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. There is a lovely little courtyard at the back with a BBQ and a tiny space at the front to sit. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed.
