The Annexe is a self contained building equipped to give you a wonderful stay. A spacious and bright room with an area for sleeping (small double bed) and an area for sitting with table and comfortable chairs. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Located between two stations Durrington by sea and Goring by sea (5 minute walk) and there are bus route that can take you to any of Worthings amenities. Road parking is easily available.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Our lovely central Worthing apartment is along the beautiful seafront, with windows overlooking the sea and pier. It’s family-friendly, has a lot of character and is beautifully decorated. It's perched on the top floor of a converted 1850s Victorian building. You’ll get stunning south-facing views of the sea and a nice, quiet view of the city to the north. One Bedroom Annex - Goring-by-Sea

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request
