Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

We really enjoyed our stay. Located at a peaceful area. Baby friendly. There are plates for babies, a highchair and a cot. Loved the low sofa in the living room. Comfortable for adults but also made it a safe and comfortable space for our little ones to play. There was a swimming pool perfect for kids, and a spa. We couldn't use them unfortunately as the weather turned colder during our stay.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Just want to thank Rachael for opening up her home to accommodate my husband and his brothers. The home was lovely and they really enjoyed their time there. Rachael was awesome to communicate with. Highly recommend Rachael's home and if we get the chance we gladly book through her again. Over all an amazing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful property. Such a great layout. We loved the courtyard, pool and gardens. Such a warm homely feel.

We loved our three-night stay. The area is gorgeous and this place is lovely. Outdoor area is charming with a lovely rural view. The outdoor shower is nice and the outdoor bath exceptional. Both couples enjoyed two lovely nighttime soaks under the incredible starry sky. Helpful host and we appreciated the late checkout. Great tv for watch tennis, too!

The apartment is tidy, quiet and peaceful. I did have some challenges - the spa pool wasn't working, the internet went down and the washing machine didn't work. What stood out was the hosts were extremely responsive and proactively sorted each issue. They arranged a spa pool technician, the internet was due to a massive outage outside their control and they even took my clothes to a laundromat. That was exceptional and unexpected.

Jeane’s was so lovely and attentive. She would greet us each time she saw us or over message and offer any assistance. She was very lovely and brought us some Easter Eggs and feijoas for Easter, so sweet! She made the stay so comfortable and relaxing for us. Cozy, convenient and just what you want when you stay somewhere. Would highly recommend this place if you want to have a good nights rest and chill out and watch movies while you cook some dinner in the kitchen provided.

Charlotte's place was a wonderful stay - a home away from home with our dog. Secure yard with space for play.

Lovely home and excellent location. Absolutely everything we needed was provided and we were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the views are stunning.

Penelope’s place was the perfect stopover for our trip to the Hobbiton Movie Set! The house was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable night’s stay. The kitchen was well-equipped—we had all the essentials to prepare a meal. Perfect retreat for a special family celebration. Hosts super responsive to any questions. Beautiful breakfast and a bottle of wine provided. Not asked for but very welcome gesture. House had ample room for 12 of us. A great time was had by all. Plus they have Alpacas! Too good

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hamilton! The location right in front of the golf course was peaceful and scenic—perfect for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee and evening strolls. The space was very clean, well-equipped, we felt like a home away from home. Angela was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Hamilton.

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

Dinesh’s house was exactly what we needed on a work trip, very spacious and clean, have ready booked another stay.

We had a great stay in Hamilton. The property was just like the photos, beautifully presented, and easy to get to. Lisa was an absolute gem to deal with. We will definitely return here if we ever need to return to Hamilton. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Lisa

This guesthouse is really satisfying! The room is spacious, making us feel very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, enough for all of us to use. The place is kept very clean, which makes us feel at ease. I will definitely stay here again next time!
