Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Escape to a haven of entertainment and relaxation in this unique games room. Perfectly situated in a quiet semi-rural Matangi location. Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary.
