Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Goose Rocks Beach

We were 6 adults and 4 kids and we fit well; the bunk room was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed the second floor bedrooms. It was a lovely location about 2 blocks from the beach. The beach was a lovely Maine beach (Maine beaches are flat and fine sand). The hot-and-cold outdoor shower was welcome after a beach trip. A drive to the end of Granite Point Road, Biddeford, was just 9 minutes and had a very nice hiking trail. Everyone had fun!

This is a great place to stay, 5 mins walk to the beach and about 20 min walk to the center.

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

Kathleen and Jim were very accommodating! They answered all of our questions and took care of all our needs instantly. Highly recommend their beautiful home. Loved the kitchen windows looking out towards the ocean!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Rob's place was great. It was clean and comfortable. Checkin was really easy. The location was also great. It was within walking distance to downtown Kennebunk. We walked into town several times. The beds were comfortable. We were in the upstairs apartment, which was very spacious. We would definately rent from Rob again.

Check-in was a breeze w/ wonderful detailed instructions for the house and region sent in advance. This house is awesome, pristine clean, beautifully decorated and outfitted. Totally turnkey set up as they thought of everything one might need to cook, relax, sleep, explore and enjoy your visit! It's very evident that these hosts want their guests to have an exceptional experience and we did! Beds were comfy along with plenty of high quality linens and supplies. We truly cannot wait to return on what will be our regular road trips to Maine! We toured Boothbay, Chebeague Island, Brunswick, Portland, Kennebunkport, Freeport and Ogunquit while we were there. Yarmouth is awesome with super friendly locals! Close by, we found Rosemont Market, Maggie Mae's Cafe and Royal River Grille convenient options among many good ones in the area. Thanks to our host for the wine & chocolate!

Wonderful hideaway minutes from anywhere on Maine coast. Very-well equipped for cooking at home and relaxing outside in the sun. We used both the grill and the kitchen. Plenty of bed space and living area for 4 adults. Great spot for our doggie as well, with multiple nearby areas to explore. Blair was a great host with a charming little spot in Kennebunkport. Highly recommend.

Shannon’s place was cozy, cute, inviting and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows! (It did get a little hot at night, so if you’re a warm sleeper you may want to pack a fan with you.) Shannon was a responsive, kind host. The beach parking pass and wine were such thoughtful touches. Overall, it was the perfect home base for all the Kennebunks have to offer! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

We’ve stayed here 3x so far and will always come back. This place is such a unique stay with live music right below. You can open the balcony doors and see and hear the ocean. The home is always clean and feels very homey. We truly love it here and will always choose to stay at this airbnb.
