This was a perfect location for our large group of 8 adults and two small children. The layout is very accommodating for big groups aa the second floor is a common area, such that the bedrooms are on quieter floors. There is ample parking and closeby to nearby attractions. Lastly, Alyssa was very responsive and helpful during our stay. One of our favorite airbnbs so far and we hope to stay again in the future.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We had an awesome long weekend stay. The place was beautifully remodeled with everything that you could need and more. The cutest details and beautiful finishes. We loved that it was a dog friendly house with a dog friendly beach right out of the back door. Our dog Timber had the best weekend swimming. The water in the bay was much calmer for him to swim vs the ocean waves. It unfortunately rained 1/2 of our stay but we were able to cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the inside just as much as the outside. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay! we can't say enough about lovely our stay was at this beautiful house in OOB. the house is so clean and bright. its within walking distance to restaurants and stores. its right across from the heated pool. it really is such a gem!

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

Jason's place was great. My wife and I have three young children, and were traveling with my parents and brother. The house still felt big, and we all felt right at home. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are very large, and the house was clean and had very little stuff at little kid eye level, which we appreciated. The main living area has a large open space where we could play cards and our baby could crawl around, and the streets outside were rather quiet outside. Overall, would stay again and totally recommend!

This was the perfect home base for exploring various parts of the Maine coast. Beds were comfy, and each room had a wall unit to make it the temperature you like. Our kids loved being upstairs in the 3 beds room and having their own space. WiFi worked great, and that was with 7 of us on it doing various things - adults working, kids streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

I really enjoyed staying at Ryan’s place which was very cozy and felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed the location and the community his home was part of. Ryan was extremely helpful and understanding. On the last day of our trip, we had flat tyre unfortunately. Ryan was kind enough to allow me to use his home after we checked out. That explains how considerate he is towards his guests. I will definitely come back again and stay for a longer period of time:) Thanks Ryan!!

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

Beautiful location on the water with stunning views, tranquil and peaceful with plenty of osprey and bald eagle sightings (there is a nest across the bay on Pettingill Island visible from the property). The house is very well-appointed and well-decorated. Irena was very communicative and responsive, and the house directions are clear and complete. We would stay there again. Thank you!

We were absolutely stunned by the location and view. The pictures on the website although great did not do it justice. Joan was very proactive at every step. If we are ever in the area again we will look no further than this place.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Peter and Jennifer’s home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably. The view of the backyard, overlooking peaceful woods, was incredibly calming, and the cheerful chirping of the birds added a tranquil touch to our mornings. The outdoor space, complete with a grill ready to go, was perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco. Traveling with a toddler, we especially appreciated the full-size crib—it made settling in so much easier for our daughter and helped her feel right at home. She also loved the built-in chalkboard, which kept her happily entertained during our stay! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and the added flexibility of early check-in and late check-out was a much-appreciated bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at 'Simple and Happy'. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, everything was thought of and provided for. The decorations and ambiance was spectacular! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh and watching the birds. Stephanie was an excellent host!

The home is tastefully decorated and has an excellent shower and soft bed linens. It is a short walk to the beach and to Kennebunkport shops and restaurants, but the house is on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved staying at Ryan's place! We had three generations, and everyone felt super comfortable in Ryan's charming home. My kids loved the backyard swing set, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the porch! Would highly recommend this place to friends, and can't wait to go back!

This cozy yet spacious cottage by the sea was so well appointed and peaceful. We went with another couple and both of our rooms faced the sea so we all got to hear the waves when we retreated to our rooms at night. Lisa was easy to communicate with and very helpful! If we ever get back to Peaks Island….we would definitely stay here!! Thank you Lisa!

This is our third time staying at Stacey's rental because we love it so much! It's the perfect size for our family and our friends to spend the weekend together. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and there is a ton to do just a short drive in any direction from the house. We look forward to our stay and are always sad to leave!
