Vacation rentals with a patio in Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

Echo and Tom have a beautiful, peaceful space with the necessities needed for a comfortable stay that felt like home. They were responsive and checked in to see if we were comfortable.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Robin was a great host. Welcome package was a nice touch and she was very proactive with outreach. This location can’t be beat as far as walkability to downtown KPT!

Great place to host our family, enough room to be all together but to be able to spread out too. FYI- the lighthouse puzzle is a lot harder than expected. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away.

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Peaceful and beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our doggies loved the backyard. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable home! It's in a quiet neighborhood but still so convenient to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport beaches, restaurants and the grocery store, and even a trip to the Marginal Way in Ogunquit. Emily was pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond to my last minute questions before we left for our trip to Maine.

We cannot say enough about just how amazing our stay was from start to finish. Every inch of the house is intentionally touched with calming colors and every comfort you could imagine, making us instantly feeling at home. It was very clean, well appointed and tasteful in decor. Joyce was warm and welcoming and very attentive to answering questions. We would absolutely love to stay again.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful, you could walk to the beach or just about anywhere. It was comfy and homey. Perfect if you want to cook in or go out! Jamie was super responsive and accommodating. The place was clean. We will for sure be back!

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!
