Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our nice place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also walk freely through the garden.
