Room in Orbi City apartment, 31st floor from the Host.

I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

The 26th floor is the highest with a direct, panoramic sea view. The panoramic windows are 5 meters high. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions. 
A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).
