Spent a few nights in the apartment — I really liked everything. The apartment is spacious, not small, has everything you need: full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, iron, air conditioning, TV. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable pillows and mattress — it's comfortable to sleep. The balcony offers excellent views: you can see the sea, and in the evening the city is beautifully lit. The house is conveniently located — in the heart of the old city, close to everything you need. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear and understandable. Communication with the hostess is excellent: she responds quickly, advises, and is helpful. I recommend it, especially for a couple, but it will be comfortable for three. Would love to come back again!

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

Had a lovely stay at Violeta's place, really nice apartment with beautiful views. Ending up spending more time than I expected reading out on the deck, its massive, private and has great lookouts in any direction. Although I cut my stay in Batumi a bit short to head to Kutaisi/Tbilisi, I enjoyed the 3 nights I stayed and would stay there again for sure.

Great place, amazing host!

Perfect apartment, location and host. Spacious apartment in a private house, almost 100 meters, bright clean apartment. Two bedrooms in one bed can be separated, which is ideal for us. The location is super: 300 meters to the sea, there are shops, supermarkets, near the embankment there is a huge new park with a children's playground and a rolleram. The only disadvantage is the construction around the high-rise building, but the main construction is over, so there is a little noise. Even with a heavy child, we didn't really bother. Special thanks to the owner. Zaza is very attentive and responsive. He lives in the same house on another floor, so there were no difficulties with check-in and the rest. For the baby, he organized a bathtub, toys, a high chair. Very caring. More than satisfied with the stay

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay in Batumi — Kristina’s place is a gem! From the moment I arrived, Kristina’s apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the beach, cafes, and supermarkets, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a small balcony with a view — everything was perfect. Kristina was an exceptional host: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Whether you’re in Batumi for a short trip or an extended stay, I can’t recommend Kristina’s place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.

Anastasia was very helpful! She gave clear instructions for check-in, so there were no problems at all. The location of the apartment is very convenient and quite close to the beach. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a store right across the street. The apartment itself is very comfortable. It has everything you need and even more! I would be happy to come back here and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Anastasia!
