Cute, cozy courtyard with garden views with fruit trees. The sea in two steps. Quiet place. Even though we arrived in the late evening, the hosts received us very well and checked in at once, were always wondering if we were doing well. We lived in a separate cabin with all amenities, there is an equipped kitchen. In the location there is a gazebo where you can relax and have a glass of wine. Host Manana is a beautiful woman, ready to help in word and deed any minute. Attentive host Mamuka solves any request promptly. We were satisfied with our stay, we are recommended. We loved it!!!

Great location, not far from the sea and not a passable place. Peace and quiet. Shops, 24/7 shops are all around the corner. Lots of cafes just a short walk away. The house is cozy, with lots of interesting paintings. A comfortable kitchen with a full set of dishes, a washing machine, an air conditioner. The car was parked right in front of the balcony (only paid parking in the terminal nearby, Ramazi helped). We (3 adults, 2 kids and a dog) very much.
A modern living area features striped walls and a comfortable sofa. A dining table with four chairs is placed adjacent to the kitchen area, which includes a stove and an oven. Light wood flooring completes the inviting space.

I'm a picky person but this listing and the host get 5 stars from me. From the reservation until check out everything went wrong. This is one of the few occupants with two bathrooms, which makes it easier when there are many. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and provides a wonderful view of Batumi. Located in the new part of Batumi, it offers amenities in European standards. The beach is at a walking distance. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor (street facing). A small shopping center with pharmacy, groceries, Subway, Wendy's etcetera about 5 min walking distance. The only downside of the accommodation is that the AC's outdoor part is mounted on the balcony, which makes the balcony very warm. We had to turn off all the ACs when we wanted to sit on the balcony. Strange that a 33 floor house has chosen this alternatively instead of a large AC on the roof. The advantage was that all clothes dried in zero time like a drying room. Overall, I recommend this property and the host if you want to have a comfortable and luxurious stay.
